I ordered a Banana Split this is what I got! Asked for a banana split with caramel instead of chocolate. The guy didn’t understand anything I said. It took forever to explain I got this. Thanks but no thanks.

Don’t much care for the fries and the chicken sandwich is tiny compared to other fast food places, the only reason to go there is the Blizzard… and the French Silk Pie is back for a short while! I went through the drive-thru and it was pretty quick apart from the car in front of me took a while. What can you say, DQ is DQ is DQ.

Overpriced, and Dirty! Burgers are way high priced and they use week old buns from the bread outlet next door to save costs! The new Orange Julius drinks don’t taste like the ones you grew up on. They all start with frozen plain tap water icee and then they blend in too little syrup for it to taste right. If you want more syrup to make it right, it of course costs more! Save your money and go else where!

Located mere minutes from from glittery downtown and uptown Dallas off tony Park Lane in Plano, lies the all American bastion of flavor and style — DAIRYQUEEN! It will sure to be a smash with the future US headquarters of Toyota-Lexus. The food: A menu chock full of savory delights and sweet treats await the lucky guest Dairy Queen serves. From chicken fried steak finger baskets to frozen Blizzard’s this is the place to satisfy any craving. I enjoyed the«Dude» combination which included a mouth watering chicken fried steak(clearly porterhouse), fries and a large soda with free refills. Eight big ones. Can someone say VALUE. The sandwich was hot and not at all greasy. The tomatoes were spot on fresh. To push the meal over the edge I ordered a side of rich peppery white gravy. DELICIOUS! I was to full to order a Blizzard desert but was thrilled to the max to see the live demonstrations of Blizzards being turned upside down without the rich frozen goodness falling out. The Service: Exceptional, warm and welcoming. Cleanliness: This will make or break a review with me. From the parking lot to the fashionable interior, everything was spotless. I was delighted to see a staff member meticulously cleaning a high-chair wearing gloves and using a germ killing detergent. Clientele: Perfect for people watching! Grandparents treating their grand-daughter to a night out of celebration and festivities for winning a soccer game. Several young couples and just friends enjoying the abundant treats. The dark granite wall in the rear of the dining area made me feel like I was back home in Las Vegas at CUT Steakhouse. Polished yet masculine. Details count. Lastly — there is a refined outdoor seating area perfect for romantic alfresco dining or families wanting to enjoy the outdoors. Because it was raining tonight there was no one seated there. I will next time!

The blizzars are to die for, definitely my favorite. I always get the mint chocolate. The workers are super sweet also. I really do recommend going to DQ! :)

This is one of the nicest DQ’s I’ve been too. The manager does a great job with the upkeep of the place and same with the cleanliness. The employees are nice, we even caught one of them dancing while they were serving us our meal. You can never go wrong with the steak fingers or another favorite is the jalitos ranch burger. They have a great patio to sit outside on and lots of parking. Come and try this place out but don’t leave without getting a famous blizzard.

Dairy Queen has been a special treat for me for as long as I can remember! Today I came through the drive thru for my favorite, a Heath Blizzard with a waffle cone on the side, and the girl taking orders was by far the sweetest and most helpful person I have ever encountered here. She was perky and pleasant with a bright beautiful smile on her face! It was so refreshing to experience such positive and helpful service in a drive thru. I wish I had asked for her name but I think she was in training… good job hiring manager!!! She’s a doll! More people like her please! Thanks again :)

The first time I ever ate at Dairy Queen, they served up a burger with a raw patty. But that was years ago. This second time my experience was alright. This place is in west Plano, so it’s kind of old and not that fancy. The outside has this fenced area with seating, so you have to walk around to get in. The interior is pretty small and there aren’t that many tables. The ceiling is kind of low. It feels a lot like a less corporate Whataburger. Even their burgers are very similar. They also use the lettuce, tomato, onion and mustard combo. Unfortunately, the patties at Dairy Queen were pretty dry and the tomatoes were a touch on the raw side. Nevertheless, it gets a 4⁄5 for a vastly superior selection of dairy products. Whataburger’s nasty milkshakes can’t compete. Come for the so so burgers but finish your meal with a killer Blizzard.

I just love blizzards. They have em. Thanks. Also, they make em right. Odd how quality can vary from place to place. I like extra fudge and extra cookie dough in my cookie dough blizzard and they give it to me. They make sure there are cookie dough chunks throughout and the soft serve tastes like vanilla flavored fudge and not the other way around! YUMmmm. The location looks really old. There is NOTHING fancy about it. Also, I looked at the menu online and this location didn’t have the stuff online. I asked for the flamethrower and the clerk didn’t know they had it until she found a sign that said they did. It’s an older sandwich but not on the menu here. I asked if they had the chicken flamethrower. She looked at me for a while like I made it up, and ultimately, I ordered chicken poppers.

this place is a disaster. don’t know how they haven’t lost their franchise by now. They only have chocolate ice cream on sunday and monday… but when they run out before they even close for the day. the staff is a joke and thinks their job is a joke. they make fun of you on the drive thru speaker and you’ll be lucky to not spend a half hour in the drive thru. don’t waste your time… go to the store buy a quart of ice cream and go home. you’ll be more happy than going to this joke of an ice cream store(i use that term with a lot of sarcasm). Wish i could get a dairy queen franchise to open up righ next to them. They’d be out of business in a month I could guarantee that.

This Dairy Queen has been owned by the same family for over thirty five years. Good food by good people. I worked for them at the Dairy Queen they owned in Richardson in the 1970’s. I am older than blizzards.

Not having a car, I am a fan of places near public transit. This one is a short walk from the red line. Delicious cakes. Blizzards. The food was good. There’s indoor and outdoor seating.

Four Stars For Blizzards. Co-Workers wanted Ice Cream after lunch today. Ten minutes later we walked out with a Butterfinger Blizzard, a Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard and a Medium Cone. Yummy. –1 Star for the Harassment we had to endure when we got back to the office and didn’t have Ice Cream for Chuck.

4 stars because Blizzards get me off. Great frozen treats!!! Burgers and other hot items not bad either. This particular DQ gets pretty busy, and there is a nice patio to sit on. I love DQ
