I wish I could give no stars. Didn’t get greeted for at least 5 minutes. A manager took our drink order then had to stop and get a pen to come back. Two of our entrée orders came out wrong. When the right order came out it was undercooked. A steak that was ordered medium rare came out medium well. At the end we asked for a candle for my boyfriends mothers birthday, the server forgot to ring in the dessert. We were charged for everything and and no one seemed to care. Mainly upset no one acknowledged her birthday. Bummer visit for sure. My boyfriend and I have both worked in restaurants for 20 plus years. This is my first time to ever complain. I understand things happen and people get busy. This was a huge disappointment.

The service and the place were great. Pam was more than awesome helping us to choose what we wanted to eat. The meals were big. However, mine wasn’t the best. I ordered fried shrimps and calamari, and with the calamaris i felt like eating hard fried bread crumbs. Wasnt tasty at all. Price is too high in my opinion.

UPDATE: We were called after this review and asked to please come in and try again, on the house. We obliged and went during a busy Friday night. ASKFORDENVER! He is the BOMB! The food was great. Service was awesome, kids had a blast. I spoke with management while I was there and they couldn’t have been nicer(note– Denver didn’t know we were there for a credit). We’ll go back when he is working! As a former waitress for years, I have a LOT of patience when servers are rushed, or having a bad day. This was unfortunately some of the worst service I’ve ever had. The restaurant was EMPTY, yet our waitress seemed as though she couldn’t be bothered to wait on us. We asked for the kids meals to come with our appetizer(it didn’t), the kids waited for their food, nothing was timed correctly, they brought incorrect sides for two of the meals and no side for one until we asked. The waitress was nowhere to be found– the manager wasn’t either(aside from when he sat us and disappeared) or we would have explained our frustrations. Another waiter was present on the floor(literally we were the only table for most of our meal) but it was just so frustrating to feel like we were a bother and we couldn’t even enjoy our food(the place was FREEZING). We wondered why a great place was so empty in a Saturday afternoon, and now we know. Unfortunately, we won’t be back and will drive further to go to another location. Skip this place, it was a waste of money.

We’ve been here multiple times. I have a love/hate relationship with Joe’s. Usually I get crab legs and id say 8⁄10 times they are on point. But you have to put up with it being INSANELY loud and more like a frat party than dinner to get those legs, so… Last night I deviated from my usual and got the 33 shrimp for $ 11.99 deal. On TV it implies you are getting 11 of each three kinds of shrimp. Wrong. I got 5 coconut(good tasting), 6 weird grilled ones that were just rubber and 22 popcorn kids type shrimp. So, yeah, not really a fan. I expressed this to our server Joe(chuckle at his name) who was too new and awkward and who just said«it comes that way.» Well, my business goes that way too… over to Red Lobster or The Boiling Pots to get seafood next time.

This is the worst seafood experiences for me! the oysters look like they been dead for couple days, the lobster too. this is my first time to go to Joe’s and will be the last time. I will only go to Red Lobster only, the price about the same but Red Lobster has high quality food and services. Don’t waste your money at this place. their food can make you sick…
