Panda Express

Waited 20 minutes for two orders of Orange Chicken. Your counter help was really polite and tried really hard to keep everyone happy, especially Angel. However a very specific line cook neglected to show any sense of urgency as the impending orders stacked up. Nadeem, you need to be here during diner rush to witness to lack of teamwork, as each counter person tried to pull it together, that one employee was less than helpful. Very de motivating for the rest of the crew that really works hard and takes pride in their jobs.
His snotty attitude when the order was complete made me feel sorry for your staff.

I’ve never been to a Panda Express. I was a bit skeptical at first, based on the reviews here (for this location), but now I’m glad I took the chance! When I went in it was nice vibes, clean, and welcome. I had someone come help me right away who was very friendly. I let him know I was new and I needed suggestions and he was happy to help with no rush whatsoever. When I got to the check out the cashier was friendly and they even gave me the CUTEST bag of fortune cookies and gift card (wasn’t a cheap paper bag either! Let’s just say I could reuse it for a gift it’s so nice!). I got the wontons, and BOY WERE THEY GOOD! The sweet and sour sauce was nice and warm too! Best of all I didn’t feel crappy after eating there, which happens when I eat fast food usually. I will deffinatly be coming back! :)

Huge portions of rice or noodles. Some times the servers are inattentive or grouchy. The food is some times not super hot but it’s still good. A little pricey and some times out of Fortune Cookies. You can sit for as long a you want without getting kicked out so that’s nice.

The guy behind the counter didn’t care. I think his name is Liam? I didn’t get a drink cup, WTF!!! I had to reach around and grab my own. He did not offer any sauce, so I went without because I could not flag down one of the 5 employees. They gave me take-​out containers even after I said I was eating in… TACKY, TACKY, TACKY!!! What’s up, no plates??? I took the survey from their corporate office, my work is done here…

Good food. Always busy. Always fresh. A little bit pricey. Funky location. All out of fortune cookies today. WTH? Friendly staff. Tables dirty.
