This Jack in the Box is great! The service is usually very good and the employees are very friendly and courteous. The food is also served well. I definitely recommend any of the chicken choices for Jack in the Box. I wouldn’t recommend any beef choices though(I prefer In n Out for that). The Chick N Tater Munchie meal has to be one of my favourites. My usual though is the Spicy Chicken Sandwich.

This Jack in the Box is damn awesome. Every time I order a burger here, it comes out looking nice… like«wow. That is a nice looking burger.» Last time, I ordered Jack’s Spicy Chicken. The bread was not squashed, but had form and the right amount of lettuce and condiments were put on the burger. The chicken was fried just right and so were the fries. Whoever puts together these burgers gets an A+ in my book because care always put into them.

Well it happened, my to go tacos were frozen today 10/16/2015 at 12:45pm. You would have thought the turkey who put them in the bag(2nd handoff) would have noticed these were frozen! Drove away, and had to toss the bag. Too bad because I used to get the best fried tacos here(entire taco was crunch) that is why I go out of my way to this place. Not anymore!

I’ve given this place a few tries and chances, this morning made me write a review because the place has not changed one bit. To start off every time I’ve came in the women here never help the people at the register they are too busy helping the to go orders. I was at the register ready to order and the lady looks at me I say hi and she just walks away. Had me waiting another 5 mins to order, I finally put my order in which was a simple all meat lovers breakfast burrito. I get it and end up leaving and while I’m eating it theres a shit load of cheese no bacon just sausage and ham. I won’t be coming back to this spot unless they get new workers or a new owner. I can’t forget the first time I came in and some worker just came in for her shift didn’t wash her hands puts her purse down and starts making the food. Nasty!

Ordered chicken strips at drive through. It was taking a while sitting at window and the lady said that the food would be right out they just had to cook the chicken. When I got the food it was easy to see it had been in the fryer A little too long as the pieces had become hard and were very dark colored… I had been here before and food was good. typical jack in the box food. I will be back and will update

Always super quick to handle your food and very friendly. Sometimes have issues with language barriers but never really a big problem. Usually clean and pretty empty around lunch time!

Just received extremely rude customer service in the drive-through 15 mins ago from a supervisor! My sandwich was missing the onions I asked for because the rude lady would not listen to me. She was more interested in repeatedly asking me if I want«curly fries or regular» while I was otherwise trying to correct her mistake that I can see on the screen. Anytime I got a word out, she interrupted me saying…“curly fries or regular” She did this three times in a row. It was deliberate and straight up rude! I will be completing that survey! I used to come here on a nightly basis, the Hispanic ladies were always very very nice but this lady, who I will say is not Hispanic, was very very rude. I have never had such bad customer service. Put the other ladies back! You are going to lose customers!

A small Jack In The Box location that is inside a Chevron gas station store. The JITB is on the right and the gas station store is your left. You can enter through either door and still be able to access both locations, as both of them are connected and they share the same bathrooms. I went there after a long drive watching the sunset over the hills. Was in the mood for a milkshake so I got a large Vanilla shake with *three* Marciano Cherries! The sitting area is nicely arranged making maximum use of the available space. They also have outside dining tables right across from the ordering counter. You’d have to go through the doors you see to access the outdoor dining tables. The area gets HOT during the summer days and pretty cold on early mornings and nights during the winter season. Alameda County Fairgrounds are literally right across the street. I’ve come to the Alameda county Fair both; this year and last year. It’s an awesome place to spend the summer evenings and make new memories. As I sip on my large Vanilla shake with *three* Marciano cherries, I’m making more new memories. Here’s to life! Three Cheers!

A JIB like many others. Food has always been served hot. However, during the lunch time, the only thing that dropped it a star is the drive-thru. Truly, there should only be one entrance to get into the drive-thru. That would be from the entrance from Valley, But people will try to wiggle their ways through from the other side of the parking lot(from where the Chinese restaurant is). This can cause frustration as they try to cut in front of others that have been patiently waiting, from the proper direction. If this could be fixed, then it would be a full 5 star JIB.

Service was horrible. I’ve been here twice. The first time, I ordered curly fries and they gave me regular, making me have to wait an additional 5 – 10 minutes, when the whole reason I came here was to get FAST food. The second time I came here, I paid with a $ 20, but the old Mexican man behind the counter gave me change for $ 10. I left the counter, and then came back 5 minutes later after realizing that I had been jilted. And, of course, I was forced to wait another 10 – 20 minutes as he sorted everything out. Not only that, but he had forgotten to ask whether I wanted curly fries or not, something the servers usually do. What an incompetent server. Horrible service. I am never coming back again. Also, I’m unsure about the cleanliness of their soda fountain. The lemonade was warm, and the sprite and coke tasted like chlorinated pool water, though the coke had a weaker taste of chlorine.

My local $ 1 taco supplier I love you and your greasiness. You are always there for me and my $ 1 taco with curly fries and a sprite or diet coke depending on my mood. Your wait in the drive through lane is short, your staff is pleasant and you’re sufficiently not quite easy enough to get to that I’m not quite as much of an addict as I thought you’d be. Plus the orders come out the way I ask them to and your staff understands the not on the menu 3 taco combo. All good things. The downsides are the obvious greasiness and lack of health related aspects which I ignore during my visits but remember often enough not to visit you too frequently.

This place is open ALL the time, they never mess up you’re order and unless you are annoyingly drunk at 3 am they are decently nice! Who doesn’t love mini churos at 12 am on a Saturday after finishing up an event that didn’t go as planned… It is a great place to stop and pretty much in the middle of town so it isn’t too far for anyone. I used to eat here much more frequently, but man the calories add up. When I splurge though, it is definitely one of my favorites! Milkshake, mini churros, tacos, mozzerella sticks, everything, YUM!

Sweetest of sweet Unilocaler, this morning I came away from Jack in the Crack drive-thru completely perplexed. Mayhaps you can help me. When did the American populace as a whole become so rude to each other? And think it’s okay? You see, as I was waiting for my turn at the magickal talking box, I watched the woman in front of me give the poor invisible woman inside said magickal box a complete verbal lashing. Was that really necessary? I know it’s early(if you call 9:30am early), and I get that you really need your horrible fast food coffee rush, but couldn’t you be just a tad bit nicer to the poor lady in the box? Is that really so much to ask? You see, if anything can be said of me, it’s that I’m not really one for customer service, despite my multitudes of past jobs in the field. I have a short temper, and possess tendencies towards physical violence when riled up. Really, I can’t even imagine how I made it through not decapitating my rude customers whenever they threw things at me. Heavy, hard things. Thank the gods I’m not in that field anymore, else I’d be in jail right now, or worse. The moral of this tale, my loves, is that remember to be polite and courteous to those around you, especially those who are helping you with something. And most especially those who are helping you in a food establishment, no matter how classy or not. For gods sake, these people handle your food! Don’t be such a meanie-head! So, this review is for the staff at this Jack in the Crack. 5 stars for your patience in the face of a torrential lava flow as you got through your morning. Thank you for serving me with a smile right after the pyroclastic flow of angry remarks. You guys made me smile.

P-Town Jack is hands down is one of the best in NorCal…(SoCal has the best ones, it’s a mystery but true) Service is always on point here! The acid test at any JiTB is the million dollar question: «Can I get some extra ranch?»… No «tood» is ever given! More ranch than«Hidden Valley» We once ordered 40 tacos and it was as perfect as can be!

Yes, I’m reviewing a Jack in the Crack and I gave it 5 stars. Brace yourselves because it’s going to get a little silly. This was the best JIB I’ve ever been to in my life. We stopped here on our way home from a holiday party. The people working here were so nice that my bf and I just looked at each other with wide eyes and didn’t know what to do with ourselves. We were greeted like we were friends of the family, and then before we pulled away, «Thank you so much for your visit, please come back soon!» with genuine care. Feeling like we just stepped in and out of the Twilight zone, we continued on the freeway towards home. Oh but then we pulled that oh-so-awful-for-you fried sinfulness out of the bag, and… wow. 1. Burgers that did not look like someone sat on them. That right there is impressive. 2. Crispy hot chicken. Mmm right on. 3. A light spread of mayo instead of the usual 1 ½ lb globs. WHOA. 4. Actual GOOD tomatoes. WTF is going on here? 5. Crispy hot fries. Hotcha! 6. Crunchy hot tacos that weren’t mashed up and completely covered in grease. I wanted to go back and hug them.

I’m kind of embarrassed in how ofter I come here… so I’ll leave it at that… But I come here as much for the(decent) food as I do the service. I would consider the food above average as fast food comes… but come on. So they got 4 stars based off the consistent service I get. I have never been to a fast food place and felt like when they ask my how my day is going that they actually care. Here they not only ask me how my day is going but they follow it up with another question… Yes, I know they probably couldn’t care less how I am actually doing but that’s not the point. The fact that they or their manager has made it a point to be less robotic when interacting with guests is something I can appreciate.

This Jack in the Box is still the bomb! 4 tacos, Jr. bacon cheese burger, chicken sandwich-no sauce, all cooked correct, all under $ 5 including the tax.

Just a quick drive thru experience but the guy at the window was above and beyond even what I might expect at a nice restaurant. Chipper, attentive, friendly. Asked about adding extra sauces and when someone else brought the food over and asked us again, he answered for us, which shows that he was actually listening! So rare in a drive thru. Wish I got his name. I will recruit him if I ever have a store in the area again!
