I went there for a breakfast treat of «free» pancakes. The service was horrible; the coffee bitter; and when I got the pancakes, they were cold! What a totten place to eat! Where in the world did they find the waitress? She never deleivered my water; never asked how anything was; spent time talking to other waitress while my pancakes became too cold to eat. Not a place to go if you want FOOD to eat!

They charged us $ 2.59 for two generic tea bags and lukewarm water. Their eggs weren’t seasoned. The onion rings were hard as rock. Never, ever coming back!

Terrible. $ 2.39 for coffee! Waste of time and money. Wait staff, well let’s say I didn’t understand a word they said. I should have known better, at 7am only 3 cars in parking lot?! Keep driving!

Junction City, WI
Came in on a Wednesday late morning, were seated promptly and had our order taken. There were five other tables in the restaurant with customers, two of which were already eating. A couple came in, they appeared to be related to someone on the waitstaff. The couple acquired three different waitresses, including ours. After we received our food, half an hour later, our waitress only returned to give us our bill. The couple who had three waitress, came in 15 minutes after we placed our order, had paid their bill, were given a to go box. Not once were we asked if we needed anything else, all while a waitress was with the other couple at all times. The restaurant guess never exceeded 15 people the entire time we were there, all on all I enjoy the food at IHOP, extremely disappointed by waitstaff!

Food is excellent. Service, not so much. We went at lunch time on a Monday. Our group of 6 was seated for over 10 min before getting our order taken. We waited over 45 min more for our food, with 4 kids. 2 tables sat after us were done eating before we got our food. No one apologized for the wait.
