I don’t normally write reviews for retail stores on Unilocal but I couldn’t resist with this Loft location. I’ve been a Loft credit card member for awhile & shop at many different locations but this location (Plymouth Meeting Mall) is my absolute favorite. The girls are always so pleasant & helpful. I’ve never had more than two items in my hand at once before someone comes over & asks if I would like to start a fitting room. They write your name on the door of the dressing room & check up on you often. It feels like a really personal experience. Love the Loft :)

Visited here today for the first time — never really noticed it being in back of the mall but found it online. Despite it being Black Friday, this location has awesome parking (plenty of parking everywhere) and very friendly sales people. I called in advance to place a few things on hold, and when I got there they were very helpful and the store was organized and well-​kept.
