I had a very short window to get a much needed brake job. called Luis, who got back to me right away, and assured me they could get the job done. vehicle was delivered on-​time as promised.

This is the best dealership I’ve ever purchased/​leased a vehicle from. The salesman Robert Black communicates the exact terms, plain and simple. And when I arrive, no changes to terms he’s communicated; no bait and switch. The finance manager had all of the paperwork printed out and ready for me to sign. I was in and out of the dealership with my new car in 35 minutes. Unheard of anywhere else. It takes longer for me to drive to the dealership from Miami, almost 50 miles, but so worth it. This is my second lease from Phil Smith and it won’t be my last!

Our brand new Acura was damaged in the tornado yesterday, Wed. We couldn’t get to the car until today because there were downed power lines all around but we could see from the distance that there was body damage and some tree branches under the car along with what looked like aluminum foil. Got to the car today and it started and immediately called Phil Smith Acura and explained what happened. They said come right over which we did. Tell me, what auto service place shows that kind of concern? I was expecting to have to wait a few days in which time I’d be worried about using the car because of possible damage underneath.
Anyway, at Phil Smith Acura, they put the car on the lift and there’s nothing wrong with it, to my surprise and great relief. There is some body damage and we have the name of the body shop they recommend. Now, it’s a question of dealing with the insurance.
We were helped big time by Renee Mitchell and Tracy, not sure of the exact titles. And, while we were there, we saw them helping other customers with a level of competence and cooperation way beyond other auto service places including the Acura dealer from where the car was purchased. Giving this dealer 5 stars is almost low balling them. Both Renee and Tracy deserve more than that.

I was able to get the appointment time I wanted. Nice waiting room, with TV, computers available for your use, newspaper, clean bathroom and clean waiting room. Explained what they were going to do to my car. Checked with me first to see if I wanted work done that was not on the approved list. Advisors were helpful, pleasant and patience.

I purchased my 2006 TL from Phil Smith and have taken it there for all service calls and repairs passing up the local Acura dealership in Delray. Everyone is extremely friendly and I have never had an issue with service. When something additional is required they have always given me a loaner car and this week I drove away with a new MDX which was really sweet.

Michael Leyden was a nice salesman. Was patient with us and worked with us over a 2 week time period as we were deciding on which used car to purchase. He also took the time to setup our phones with the car electronics, show us how the car worked, etc.
The price of the car was very reasonable, as was the extended warranty. Overall, Phil Smith Acura provided a nice car buying experience.

Finalized a price with the salesperson who confirmed it was the «all-​in» number. I was prepared to write a check for that amount. But, when taken to a closing desk, $ 600 was added to the contract when I was asked to sign. I had it removed. Then, the closer started upselling me on a list of other items. I told them that all I wanted to do was pay the «all-​in» amount that the salesperson confirmed with me. The upselling did not stop. I walked out and bought a car that day at another dealership.

Great customer service.
No hassle buying experience. Down to earth Sales and Managent. Starbucks coffee and fresh cookies are a major plus. Service department easy and fair. Loaner car is always available and usually better than the car dropped off. I find that being friendly open and honest when you go in to the showroom your sales people will be mire apt to work better with you. They don’t play games they just want to give you what you are looking for. I personally feel that the Acura brand surpasses the competition.

Just bought a used vehicle here at Phil Smith Acura and had an awesome experience. Jules in sales was patient and didn’t pressure us about anything. All the pricing was straightforward which was a relief since my last car buying experience was so shady and stressful it had me in tears. The whole process went so smoothly it almost seemed too good to be true! They even found a bank to finance us for a better deal than my credit union would give! Thanks to the whole team there it was a surprisingly quick and smooth process.

I recently purchased my third car from Phil Smith Acura and cannot say enough wonderful things about the service, staff and quality of their vehicles. Brought my 2005 Acura TL for service since the engine wouldn’t turn over. The service I have received has been exception, especially from Chris the mechanic working on my car, he went above and beyond. I’ve recently relocated from Orlando and loved my service manager at Fountain but I’m very happy that I have found a replacement.

Very pleasant experience buying a used Mini here. Amazing price and was able to get a 3-​year warranty for it for only $ 1200 extra! Sales people were professional and quite the opposite of Miami-​dade individuals.

This is now Phil Smith Acura. What a disgrace to the Acura brand. Looks the the dealership is more on par with a buy here, pay here used car lot on 441. Only 1 person working when we were there… ignored us. Car lot was a mess. Could not figure out what cars were for sale and which were just ransomed cars parked. Don’t believe any inventory on their site. They had less than 10 used cars on the lot and even less new cars. If you are looking for luxury try another Acura dealership
