I called to make reservations, although the manager told me they didn’t make reservation he still saved a table for my party of 8. The customer service was great and food was outstanding! Great décor! Definitely recommend it! Our waiter Joe was great!

Came out here to have a meal and some drinks with my gf. In terms of vegan friendly, this place is certainly not one. I asked about their smashed potatoes and it’s cooked in duck fat. The vegan options are: asparagus(which were cooked very well), the mixed mushrooms(didn’t get), and the Tuscan kale(very plain). Their strawberry margarita though, was delicious !! I’m a big foodie and really enjoy some craft cocktails so if this place adds more vegan options I will def be back. The cauliflower wings are becoming very popular in gastro pubs! Try it! All in all I am thankful there was an option for me to eat & our server Tony was really fun!

Fantastic!!! Great décor throughout, cool bar, see –through kitchen. Everything is well executed … Great service, as well. The Sushi Tower was an absolute delight, one of the best things I’ve ever tasted ! Wings were tremendous, so was the Pizza! Great drinks, too ! Give it a try; you’ll love everything about it!

The place is beautiful but I’m so tired of concrete floors, tall ceilings, and chrome/metal. When will the trend end? Cocktails were very good. The sushi stack, divine. The pizza. .. meh. French fries from a bag. Asparagus nicely roasted. Prices are fair. Service is excellent. Managers(and any other restaurant bosses/owners reading this): your waitstaff SHOULDNOT wear fragrance. «She» was more odiferous than our food.

The flourless chocolate cake is the best thing on the menu The chicken wings are great if you like yours shriveled and dried out Ive never had a pizza with so much salt on it, i’d honestly rather go to eat a pie at chucky cheese The grilled chicken sandwich was very good Nice atmosphere but the hostess’ give an attitude like their working at some hot shot manhattan spot. the bar is nice if theres a nice breeze outside They made me beg to sing my son a happy birthday song NYE the owner didnt want a high chair in the aisle, the place was not that busy i think he didnt want his spot looking like an Applebees. bottom line is the food is only a notch above Applebees so they really need to be more welcoming and even if they were i probably wouldnt return

This restaurant is right across from Houstons on the west side of the road. Came for dinner and drinks on a Tuesday night. Wasn’t crowded however it was pouring rain(this gets to my 4 star rating). The restaurant is open to the outside basically and it was getting really muggy even sitting inside. We sat at the sushi type bar in the back and service was great. Ordered meatballs, a burger and a grilled chicken dish and everything was outstanding. The young man was very helpful with navigating us through the menu so he could help some first timers make good choices.

Exceptional food and great service! Went for brunch and dinner. Can’t go wrong with this place. The restaurant is very clean and I like the industrial theme they have going on for décor. Everyone should go check this place out!

Sunday brunch was a hit and worth the drive to newly revitalized Pompano area. Getting much more trendy and upscale but still cool. The foundry has a great menu for lunch and brunch and now I want to try dinner next time. We sat outside and found a shady spot and even going it was warm out there was a breeze and very pleasant. Our server was very attentive and explained everything in detail. The bloody Mary’s were awesome. The bartender is very skilled We had appetizers first. The lobster and shrimp toasts and the tuna stack. Even though I picked the topping off the toast –Totally yummy. Hubby had the pork belly sliders which he enjoyed and I had the chicken sandwich on greens since no bread for me. No room for dessert but maybe next time. Great vibe and our friends came over with their dog which made our experience even better.

Very good! Nice atmosphere even though it can get noisy with the high ceilings/metal around. The wine by the glass selection was nicely appreciated. I had Corse, a Vermentino from Corsica, it married perfectly with the Ceviche and Clams plates we ordered. We shared a 12 pie of the special duck, Gruyère, mushroom, truffle pizza… TDF!!! Ended the night with their doughnuts and coffee mousse. Again all delicious, highly recommended and will be back!

The Foundry was found after many failed attempts at facilitating our forage for food. I’m usually not up in Pompano Beach but my hangover brunch leaked into a hangover late-lunch and two closed restaurants brought me up. Aesthetically, The Foundry is upscale hipster. I felt a little underdressed in what should’ve been my «don’t look at me I feel awful» outfit, but because of the Air show and the weather, we sat outside. To start, I had a peach specialty cocktail and although it was wasn’t what I was looking for, taste-wise(should’ve just gone with the mimosa), that wasn’t the cocktail’s fault. It was well arranged and mixed, tasted good enough, but my partner’s mimosa looked far more appealing. To eat, I ordered the breakfast burger, and it was more or less delicious. The over-easy eggs that accompanied what was basically a large bacon cheeseburger were overly runny and made the eating experience messy but, the layer of hashbrowns was a nice touch. I see myself coming back to The Foundry, maybe for an upscale dinner, but The Foundry overall treated me well enough. Maybe it’ll work for you too.

My BF and I tried The Foundry for dinner last night and we both really liked it. I loved it! It’s my new favorite restaurant and I look forward to sitting in the beautiful indoor space as we sat outside. Tiffany was our server, and she really made our experience 5 stars. Her energy was natural, she was genuinely friendly and she had a very down to earth personality. It was a pleasure to be served by her as she made us feel extremely welcomed-how nice! The food was excellent, very flavorful. I can’t wait to come back and try other things on the menu.

Located in what was previously Mr. Fish, a fishmonger market place, you wouldn’t recognize The Foundry or the area in which it is located today. Everything about the structure and the entire area, now after redevelopment given the name Harbor Village, is about as eye catching lovely as any strip mall can get, and everything about The Foundry is brand new, decoratively and tastefully redone. I stopped by for dinner, was given a warm greeting at the door, seated, and eyeballed what is a pleasingly extensive well varied menu. The good thing about the menu is that though it offers some basics as burgers and pizza, offers them with certain unique innovative twists done on a woodfired grill. Also, beyond that, daily specials and items not common to many of the local restaurants such as octopus salad, raw or steamed clams, a variety of oysters and sides such as Tuscan kale and haricot verts(read«French green beans»). For my meal I order their special of the day, bronzino($ 26.00), a Mediterranean seabass which I’ve had many times, generally only found off the coast of Italy, also going by the names of loup de mer, robalo, lubina, or spigola, depending upon what region of Italy you may be in. When served, its presentation was eye appealing, perfectly seasoned, properly prepared, accompanied by a roasted lemon a situated upon a bed of either being a puffed Arborio rice or base pasta. For flavor and taste, exquisite, matching up with any I’ve had in Italy. I also ordered ½ dozen mixed oysters(market price) with 2 being noted as Irish Points at $ 6.00, 2 noted as Lucky Lime $ 7,00, and two Kussi, $ 8.00. When served I was impressed with the presentation on ice but more particularly with the accompaniment of four sauces. Though the oysters were rather smallish, something I can only blame upon the oyster, they were indeed exceptionally fresh and tasty. I might add that the service I had was top notch, friendly and professional. I also like the general setup of the place with good seating booths, a splendid looking bar and really nice outdoor sidewalk patio arrangement with attractive bright gas flaming torches at the entrance way. As I have only had one full meal at The Foundry, I can’t really vouch for their consistency, though I would venture to say very well; a Four Stars plus for me.

Outside: We stepped out of our hometown Boynton boundary and decided to go to The Foundry. Treat yourself to some good food and atmosphere and please go here. Inside: I do not care much about interior of restaurants but this is one unique and so welcoming restaurant in any occasion you go. They have a great indoor and outdoor bar/lounge area. However we decided to get a booth instead. Jaime was Rabia J’s server the first time she went there and this time with me as well. She was great and efficient. All the food and drinks came timely and we were able to enjoy our evening! Food choice: For appetizers we ate the primavera wood coal pizza which had a assortment of veggies. I recommend any of their pizzas for appetizer, great choice and generous sharing portion for a appetizer. Also Rabia J got the tuna tower that had layers of rice, avocado, tuna, etc, was pretty refreshing and good. For entrée I ordered lobster ravioli that tasted very rich and flavorful yet the sauce was light and didn’t overpower the entire dish. For dessert we ordered chocolate flourless cake and doughnuts. If your getting just one dessert I recommend the cake, I could eat it by myself. The doughnuts and espresso pudding were good but not my thing. End remarks: Pompano beach has a great new addition. The Foundry impressed me in all categories and I need to eat here again!

Enjoyed another delicious burger — tried the Boulevard Burger this time — with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, gorgonzola dolce and red pepper ailoi and as if that wasn’t enough flavor I asked for bacon on it too.(Although it didn’t need it at all) AMAZING flavor, moist and juicy and one can & see feel the Gorgonzola cheese turned sauce dripping out of. The octopus salad was just right with big chunky pieces of octopus, fresh greens, chickpeas etc and a red wine vinaigrette. Bruce thoroughly enjoyed it and my taste of the octopus was surprisingly flavorful with good texture. Finally tried the ever so decadent Two-Stage chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream with drizzled caramel. Rich and delicious! A must share. My husband and I could only indulge in half of it at one sitting(of course took the remainder home)! Our server Joe(for the second time) did an outstanding job with great service and wonderful attention to detail. My husband indicated that we could make this our local hang out!

This is a trendy new restaurant/bar I highly recommend near/at Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The food selection is on point, the service by Tony was fun and well-done. The drinks were generously liquored up and the ambiance was eclectic! I highly recommend you call ahead. They have valet parking that they share w/Houston’s and the staff is complimenting and easy on the eyes! The only and one thing I would suggest improvement on is that there should be a changing table/diaper station in the Ladies Room!!! By the way, it was a nice treat they the the shift manager came to our table– we had such a pleasant experience over all that we will definitely come back!

The Foundry resembles its name very well with a great hip set up of a factory like structure with lofty brick walls /factory-ish ceilings etc. My co workers and I started daydreaming about such a loft we could live in Chicago or New York. But we remembered we live in the best darn great weather place: Go south FL :) Back to… The Foundry is the new restaurant on the block of Pompano Beach specifically right off of Atlantic Blvd. My coworkers and I planned for a happy hour which occurs 4 – 6 here. This was great and the perfect way to end Friday. By the time we got there it was 4:30, the bar was full but they had a couple of high top tables which we decided to sit there. They also have outdoor seating but we opted to enjoy the lovely artwork and atmosphere within the restaurant. Our server Jaime was exceptional and gave details on the menu and drinks. My co workers took advantage of the h. h prices related to drinks such as wine and single mixed drinks. I had water only since I don’t drink. But I ordered a few appetizers. The shrimp and lobster toast was great and nicely portioned. My only compliant is that I hardly tasted the shrimp, only lobster bits were on the toast. The toast however was fresh and the pickled mango heightened the phenomenal flavors. I also ordered Burrata appetizer which had heirloom tomatoes and pesto sauce, this appetizer was a treat for my inner health conscious self. I loved the presentation with the ciabatta bread which the Burrata was set with. For dessert one of my co worker ordered the flourless chocolate cake which was rich in taste and texture. We devoured it nicely, of course in a lady like manner. I wanted to try one other dessert: the donuts with espresso pot de crème. Omg the pot de crème was amazeballs. I hardly taste coffee/espresso desserts in restaurants, so I’m glad Foundry has this on their menu. The donuts were very lightly sweet however light and feathery. I was able to take one donut and the espresso pudding for Sam M home, which he ate fairly quick and needless to say enjoyed it very much. I’m ready to go there again, but to try their vast dinner menu. Our server was great plus the management truly cared. The manager stopped by once to ask how we were doing, second time brought new plates for our second dessert. Being a new restaurant, they really are bringing great standards.~

The Foundry is a brand new restaurant that just opened on Atlantic blvd right by the beach(across from Houston’s). I found out about it from my Unilocal friend Cherine A and had it bookmarked to try and I finally had a chance to go eat dinner there last night with a few close friends. It’s a big open restaurant and as you walk up they have these flame like torch things lined up along the perimeter of the restaurant that gave it a really cool look. We didn’t have a reservation and despite how full it was we were still able to walk right in and get a table immediately. We sat down and they brought a bottle of water to leave on the table and took our drink orders. It did take a while to get our drinks and I kind of expected it after reading several reviews about service issues. When we did get the drinks they were really good and my usual old fashioned was delicious so I was happy lol. I was super excited to see that they had oysters on the menu. I was craving them for weeks so the first thing I ordered was a dozen mixed oysters(they had 3 types to choose from) and we also ordered the Burrata that came with tomatoes tossed in pesto and drizzled with olive oil and served with toasted ciabatta bread. The burrata was good but the portion size seemed a bit small. The tomatoes were delicious and I think they were roasted or something first because they were a bit soft and the pesto sauce it was mixed with really made me love this dish. The oysters were so good and they served it with the usual horseradish and cocktail sauce but they also gave us this soy based sauce that I have never had before with raw oysters. I was like«what the heck why not try it» and it was seriously the best sauce I have ever had! My friend and I could have eaten 4 dozen without blinking they were so good! We ended up ordering another half dozen because we ate the first dozen so fast! Our other friend who supposedly doesn’t like raw oysters not only tried it but wanted more! For dinner my one friend and I went with the Boulevard Burger and my other friend decided to try the Southwest Chicken sandwich, all come with fries. The burger came with sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, gorgonzola cheese, and a red pepper aioli. I wanted mine more med/rare and my friend wanted his more med. They ended up mixing up our burgers which we didn’t realize until we ate half way through them, this was more of a bummer for me especially since we asked the server which burger was which before he put it down on the table. The burger was still delicious regardless of it being overcooked but I know my rare one was better lol mostly cause my friend rubbed it in and told me it was. My other friend enjoyed her chicken sandwich as well and all three of us completely finished our meals! We were stuffed at the end for sure. The service was good not great. Things came out pretty slow and our waitress was definitely not trying to pretend to be happy to be there that’s for sure. She was helpful when we needed stuff but she could have checked the table more to get us more drinks and her tone to us was very monotone and borderline unhappy lol. The food was awesome and that’s worth going back for especially those amazing oysters with that addictive soy sauce.

Let’s give it 3.5 stars. Unilocal can we get some halvies please! Is this the new cougar land for Pompano Beach? Came here on a Saturday night and it was packed. Told 45 minute wait but probably will be more like 25 mins but it reality it was closer to hour. There are two bars one in the back where the raw bar is and another that is right in front between indoor and outdoor seating. This night was super chilly so the restaurant indoors felt fine but in curious when blazing summer arrives how the indoor/outdoor bar will bring the heat. The hostesses were friendly and nice and updated us once. We had a waiter who was very over enthusiastic and spilled water a few times on our table maybe it was the jars they use or maybe because our waiter was on Coke(Bc he sure seemed like it). He was very attentive and really pushed for drinks, not necessary. He got a little upset that at the end we asked to split the bill he said well u should have said that in beginning and jetted off. Again not necessary, it’s quite easy to spilt three checks with very few items on it. The food was good. I had the foundry burger. All their burgers are beasts. My other friend had oysters that she enjoyed and another gf had the short rib that looked really good. The cocktails were well made and the normal price. I really do like the décor in this place and the outside inside seating. It really does not feel like Pompano Beach, hopefully with fixing a few quirks this place shall rise to level of 4⁄5 star status.

Flourless chocolate cake is the main attraction at Foundry but don’t expect it to come with a happy birthday song– not even for a first birthday. My son went HAM on this cake as did the rest of us. Big enough for two people; it melts in your mouth and the vanilla ice cream on the side is like washing it off the roof of your mouth with a tall glass of milk. I dream about it, think about it and crave it daily like I never have any desert anywhere before.(Except when I was pregnant but that doesn’t count!) driving past it daily does not help my current situation at all. The wings app were ok, chicken sandwich with guac had over-powering bacon flavor and I loooooooove bacon so I would order it on the side next time, served with plain ol fries and these god awful pickles that have scarred me for life from anything except a dill… Plain cheese pizza was hella salty– the cheese and crust both alike. I love having this restaurant in my backyard but mainly for atmosphere, drinks and desert. Prices are fair, enjoy
