Baskin-Robbins

When my son first saw a Baskin Robbins when we went to KFC, he was super excited cuz he hadn’t had Baskin Robbins in over 3 years and he love their mint chocolate chip!!! We went through the drive thru at 6:48 p.m. The greeting was horrible she had an attitude so that’s fine I asked for a double mint chocolate chip for my son, she gave me the total without even being done, I tell her that I would like to have another double mint chocolate chip and she tells me with this nasty attitude that they don’t have no more. «Excuse me aren’t you guys an ice cream shop?» I said. «You mean to tell me thay you have no backup ice cream in your freezer?» She’s like «I said your total is $ 3.99!!! I’m almost sure she just did not want to walk to the back freezer and refill just to give me my ice cream!!! A mother and son bonding moment to go out and have ice cream together wasted cuz I left without my ice cream.
I honestly will never be going back to this Baskin Robbins nor will I ever recommend it to anyone. To me first impression is everything and the older chubby blonde lady messed that up.

I would not recommend going to this Baskin Robins in pontiac here is why every time I go there they are out of everything I want in the employees always have a nasty attitude I was there on Sunday September 6^th at about 10:40 pm I went to order a banana split and they never have banana okay fine so I decide to get their version of a blizzard so I ask for a oreo and Reese one with a nasty additude we don’t have no oreo’s okay fine so I said then I will have strawberries instead of the oreo’s then I got a really nasty additude telling me no your not getting strawberries because I’m not getting messy for no one I said to her well your out of everything else I wanted so this is what I want she said oh well I’m not going to do it and started blaming management for not having what I wanted so I asked for her name and I was not able to call until today I will see what will happen probably nothing but at least I got to tell about my bad experience I had I will be going to Stone Cold Creamery on Woodward ave for now on.
