Pizza Hut

Pizza pizza pizza.
It’s not often that I’m craving pizza but when I am I resort to it pretty quickly.
I am not from the area so I needed a delivery pizza place. I instantly came across Pizza Hut, recognized the name and gave them a call.
It’s just me tonight so I ordered a medium hand tossed pizza with pepperoni and green olives. I was told it would take 30 mins but the delivery guy got here quicker than that which I was thankful for.
After opening the box I was instantly disappointed. When I ask for green olives I expect more than a couple of green olives. I am paying $ 1.25 for each topping. I could buy a whole jar of olives for about that price. Also, the pizza wants hot… it was barely warm. Had to hear the pizza in the oven. Basically what I’m saying is I don’t feel like my pizza was made with love.
The guy on the phone shouldn’t try so hard to upsale and he should put more love into making the pizza.
Can’t say I’ll give this Pizza Hut location another shot. I’m all about making food with love. I took a chance on you Pizza Hut. The least you could do is give me some yummy pizza!
My experience with the delivery guy was good too. He was very polite!

Great Pizza Hut! Every time we go we have great food. Fun place to watch a game with the family. Only knock is sometimes the service lacks, so be prepared to wait to have a drink filled. If you visiting from out of town it is a good place to grab a bite to eat that won’t break the bank.

It’s a chain place so the food is what you would expect. But service in Port Clinton is never great and even chain restaurants cannot maintain any kind of consistency.
So yeah, it’s fine if you like Pizza Hut. But if you want something local, go right down the street to Crosswinds as they serve the local «Cameo Pizza».

After seeing so many chain restaurants in Sandusky, it really put us in the mood for some Pizza Hut! I don’t think I would give a chain restaurant 5 stars, but for chain restaurant standards, it was the best. SUPER clean and friendly waitstaff.
Tasted like my chidhood… Pepsi, breadsticks, and pizza. So good!

Standard Pizza Hut pizza, but with a largely extended menu. Offers pastas, salads and sandwiches, all of which are pretty good for a Pizza Hut and nicely priced. Atmosphere is more upscale than a standard Pizza Hut with better lighting and décor. Bruschetta is a favorite appetizer and the Florentine is a nice pasta. Has a patio (that faces the road, but nonetheless). Does the standard takeout and delivery of a pizza hut, too, with the full menu.
