Food is not as good as it use to be. Service was good but the kitchen was horrible, they messed up at least three different orders while we were waiting for our food. The waitress was kind enough to take my meal off the bill, i didn’t ask for it she just did it. Our food came out cold because they had to redo my sons meal so the rest of our food sat under the lights. Should have went to Cracker Barrel across the street, that location is always spot on. Well Mr. Bob Evans thanks but thank you no more. If i want simple tasteless and cold I’ll let my wife make my breakfast… just kidding honey, you’re a great cook

I have been coming here for years but I think that today is the last time. The service was poor, my glass was filthy and the bathroom is disgusting. If the areas that are seen by customers are this dirty, I can’t imagine just how bad the kitchen could be.

Friendly server and managers. Food was wonderful. Hot breads w/​real butter. Generous salad. Had the 3-​course broasted chicken dinner for only $ 9.99. Homemade mashed potatoes with awesome gravy. And then the apple cinnamon sundae was so delicious.

This was absolutely horrible. The service was awful, the food was so substandard it was nearly inedible. After waiting almost an hour to get our order, the chicken was undercooked and bloody, turkey sandwich was dry and seemed old, coleslaw watery, and chicken patty oddly rubbery and tough. I will never eat at another Bob Evans, that’s for sure! Waste of time and money, and we left hoping we would not end up with food poisoning! I advise you to totally steer clear of this disgusting «food» experience!!!

This place is going downhill, and all too quickly. It used to be our go-​to place for brunch, but recently the food quality has gotten BAD. On our most recent visit, our waitress made a small mistake, which she rectified immediately, and was by no means a problem for us. Some how the manager got wind of it, and actually screamed at her! In front of the entire restaurant, none the less! After one bad experience after the next, we kept returning on occasion, in hopes that it would return to it’s good olé self, but after having witnessed that atrocious spectacle, we WILL NOT be returning. There is absolutely no reason to treat your employees in such a manner, especially for something so insignificant, that the guest was not in the least bit upset about.

Chain restaurants are usually verboten in our family. But few problems to be found here! Lots of space and good family atmosphere. And I had forgotten how good the food is here! We went here because they did a fundraiser for our chuch. So great community involvement as well! Not often a chain is worth four stars… but this is the best of the bunch.
