It is really nice to see a pottery shop in Port Orchard, reasonable prices with a variety of pottery.

Its a Nice place to get a kick ass burger and a good beer. Its in a open air market, and the heating works great so you arent freezing while eating. The stuff the tiny kitchen puts out is amazing. My Burger and fries were fresh and so tasty.

Gorgeous, tasty food. Huge portions for a good price. Great local beers on tap. Cool location in downtown Port Orchard in the open air market. Definitely worth it, I will gladly return! I could find no faults with this place!

Great service, Thomas was a great at the bar and cheers to the cook for a great fish and chips dinner. We watched a game and enjoyed a trasty meal and everyone was friendly. I was surprised there were so few folks here on a Saturday evening, people are missing out — try it out! I understand it is under new ownership.

Ate here about 3 months ago and forgot to write a review. My 7 year old daughter still talks about the sliders and she’s extremely picky about burgers. I had the adult sized burger(don’t remember the name) and I loved it too. Wait time was a bit long but worth it. We just recently moved back to P.O. So we’ll be back soon for sliders and something new for me to try.

Very very disappointed in the«new» menu now that new owners have taken over. Was a regular because of the superb Chicken Salad Sandwich, a popular fav on the old menu. This was the best Chicken Salad sandwich I have ever had. Plus there is no longer a variety of sandwiches or seafood plates on the new menu either. Mostly burger choices instead and I can think of at least a handful of places to get a good burger. I do not need to go out of my way for one here, especially since the burger made on Pretzel bread is off the menu too. I will not be coming back anytime soon. Of note, I am not a Unilocal person that writes reviews(I think this is my first) but signed up for Unilocal just to express my disappointment with the new menu at this restaurant.

If you like fish this is the place. But if your looking for steak and shrimp or steak and crab or just a good piece of meat. This ain’t the place. Service ok. Food was undercooked. First time there was not impressed. My wife said the salmon was ok. Very simple and small menus. Oh yea. They could work on the beer selection too. With all that said. If your looking for a sandwich or good salad and casual this is it. If your looking for a good seafood stake chicken dinner. Not here. Good luck. I’m sure overall the food is good. They’ve been around a while. Happy eating

Overly spiced food that had my spouse wanting to throw up. I found their fries over salted and greasy. The only saving grace was the tiny bowl of soup. Almost 11 dollars and most of it was ineatable. Do not bother to eat here. If you want the food to go they SAY it is a 50 cent charge but I was charged a dollar. Very disappointing and a rip-off. Central dock is not a place for the disabled to visit. Hard to read menu no clarity between what is written and what is said. Maybe this review will help them fix this but I doubt that.

The food here is good, the price is ridiculous. There is a 20% service charge and a $ 1.50 charge for ordering to go. I work on my boat and order to go at restaurants all over downtown. I’ve NEVER had to pay over $ 20 for a burger and a soda. Absolutely crazy.

Great food and prices. The lunch specials are great, got their seafood chowder and it was amazing! 5.99 for soup and salad combo, plus we got the seafood melt and taste great! I will for sure come back! They also have lots of beers on tap!

Good quality, service, and selection. I had leftovers and my family ate like hungry hungry hippos with the only complaint of not having enough sauce to finish the fries. For a young person my critique is that the food took a while and that it was all a little greasy. But at least on the service they where busy on Saturday, so no big deal/whatever. Totally would go back since the parents where happy, which is rare!

Best and most amazing eatery in Kitsap county. The price is amazing for the quality, time and craftsmanship that goes into the food. The crew is exceptional… the owners rocks the socks off of any other business owners in Port Orchard. Fresh squeezed lemonade… like really. It’s really fresh squeezed! The chicken salad is the very best in the world… pecans, apples, grapes, best quality bacon, avocado, lettuce, tomato and all on a croissant. I loved our server! If anyone has anything negative to say about this establishment they have no class and don’t have any idea of how food should really taste. Thank you for opening up!!!

I honestly don’t know how people like this place. I took my niece here over a month ago. Mid afternoon literally only 3 tables seated, took forever to get service. There seemed to be a bunch of ‘friends’ sitting at the counter talking to the guy standing in the center. Don’t know who he was cause he never acknowledged our existence. Literally took 45 mins to get lunch. I ordered chicken salad sandwich, it was ‘OK’ but had rosemary in it which I hate and would have never ordered if was on menu. My niece ordered the shrimp poorboy, which she was really excited for. A few bites into it she opened it and noticed that the tails were on the shrimp and she had already eaten one. Who leaves tails on in a sandwich!!! It took a few minutes to get the waitresses attention. I asked her if it was normal to leave the tails on. She had a discussion with the cook. Came back and told me that everything that was meant to be in the sandwich was there. I told her that tails are not edible per say and people usually remove them. She said oh. Went and talked with the cook again. We then watched the cook sit there, grab the shrimp and remove all the tails. NO apologies, NO replacement food, NO removal off the bill. It took another 10 mins to get the bill, because I had to go get it. They were to busy talking with the counter people to notice how pissed I was at a 30 $ bill for lunch that we couldn’t eat! Being in the food industry and customer service world, I will never ever step foot in this place again. I would give zero stars if I could.

The Central Dock is attempting to position itself as an upscale bar serving upscale bar food. Tucked inside the Port Orchard Public Market it’s main feature is its large bar surrounded by some tables and chairs. It has a flat screen TV showing music videos and perhaps they also have football and other games on TV during the weekends. Last week I ordered takeout to take home to the family since my wife and I had read good reviews about the burgers. The bill for three burgers, two orders of onion rings, and an order of fries came to $ 47. Had the food been amazingly fantastic we would’ve said the cost was worth it. But, sadly, the food for that price greatly missed the mark. Let’s start with those onion rings. An order cost $ 7 and for that money you get… four onion rings. That comes out to $ 1.75 per ring and for that price they better be the best onion rings on the planet. My wife is an onion ring fanatic. Her opinion of the ones made by Central Dock? There was way too much batter – and she was right. The batter made the onion rings appear larger than they actually were. A good batter should coat the onion, not too thick and not too thin. This batter tasted fine enough, but not $ 1,75 fine enough. How were the fries? I don’t know. I ordered fries with one of the orders but got those same four onion rings but we were only charged for fries. I didn’t know about that error until after I got the food home. My son and I had the triple meat smoky cheeseburger(can’t remember the name) which had ground grass fed beef, ground buffalo, and bacon in it on a brioche bun. I tasted the bacon, which most likely was chopped up into bacon bits and incorporated into the burger patty. never got the promised smoky flavor and neither did my son. To me, the burger was good but not $ 14 good. The worst thing about it was it was slathered with 1000 Island sauce. Wish I would have known ahead of time because I don’t like my burgers covered with thick sauce of any kind. The sauce served to hide any bacon or specific flavors that may have been in the meat patty. My wife had the regular cheeseburger(just made from ground beef) on a regular bun which cost something like $ 10 or $ 11. That burger tasted very smoky but my wife found it overly smoky and that put her off. I finished it and I loved the smoky flavor which was more intense than my $ 14 triple meat smoky cheeseburger. The wait for the food was pretty long(about 20 minutes) considering there was only an order for one couple ahead of mine. There were no other customers there. The staff consisted of the woman who took my order and the one guy in the kitchen. I also saw on the chalkboard displaying menu items that they were selling a ½ pound USDA Choice boneless ribeye steak for $ 22, which according to the menu was market price but it didn’t specify if any sides came with it. I fully understand what Central Dock is trying to be but the food is not nearly worth the price the owners think it is. I don’t know how much longer it will be around with prices like that and also because I don’t know how much longer the Public Market will be around. Due to lack of tourists and locals visiting it, a couple of businesses have already failed in the seven months since it’s opened.

Central Dock is relatively new so they have a little settling in still to do but I’m giving them four stars with the understanding that I will definitely return and I reserve the right to change my mind! There are a couple things that definitely need to change or the«new» excuse won’t be able to be used! Service is good but trying to be great without the complete understanding of what great means! Hovering is not great! In this small, entirely viewable area, no hovering is necessary! Stand back, observe and respect personal space, that’s great service! And how about some refills on the water and iced tea? When there are no other customers and you’r hovering, make your hovering useful and fill the glasses! I’m attributing this to the newness and the excitement to have customers on an «empty» day! The food is great and I’m assuming will only get better! Burgers appear to be hand pressed and have a wonderful smokey flavor. The chef was also not shy with the cheese on my mushroom burger and I sure did appreciate that! The Caprese plate is lovely but like another reviewer stated, the ratios are a bit off. Smaller cheese or a couple more slices of bread will do the trick! French fries are gorgeous — a little undercooked and«crunchy» inside but boy are they pretty on the outside! The chowder looks thick and wonderful and I can’t wait to try it! Everything I saw looks fresh and is presented nicely so I will definitely be back to try some other specialties. Central Dock is located in the back of the new Market on the main drag in Port Orchard. It’s a fresh market that is needed in our area so badly and will thrive greatly if kept full. A lot of it is local so hopefully our community will support this little gem and keep it thriving!

Some of the best local cuisine I’ve had! Great ambiance in the Port Orchard Public Market. You can watch people buying fresh, local food at the vendors in the market which is truly a cool experience. They also often have live music from talented local artists. The executive chef, Emily is amazing. She is the first to arrive and the last to leave– and her passion shines through in her cooking. Everything is made fresh in house and they source a lot of their food locally from other vendors in the market. Their fish and chips and grilled Caesar salad are two of the best things I’ve ever eaten. Truly a gem, we are lucky to have such a great restaurant on this side of the water. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed!

Lunch-counter style seating. Local beers on tap and an inspired menu. I tried the wedge salad. Not your average wedge. I loved that they mixed a creamy dill with a vinaigrette based dressing. The croutons were divine. Usually I avoid croutons because they are rock hard and hurt my mouth but these are crisp on the outside and soft and chewy inside. Crack corn! Toasted corn with cotija, lime, and magic. Thai wings are perfectly modeled after pok-pok in Portland.
