Still a staple for a good beer and pretty decent food… But… Like too many places in Port Townsend service is not very good. Great summer waterfront views on the deck, if you’re not in any kind of a hurry. The inside is getting pretty tired, but it’s comfortable and pretty laid back.

Expensive, long waits. 2 moscow mules $ 20 and they come in tall glasses. 5 pm seemed very busy. They have a pool table and sweeping views of the water. I noticed a fire place in the other room as well. Second time here. We beat the wait this time kinda. By ordering at the bar and paying right away. Still had to wait 10 min in line. I wish the staff was a little more approachable and friendly. For tourists I would in the summer have a drink and sit outside for the views. Otherwise skip it go to the cellar door.

I’m guessing the lunch hour was really a busy time as it is 2:30 and only one server that I can see. 15 minutes to order, 30 minutes to get food, 40 minutes to get drinks. Another 20 minutes to get a check after asking twice… Rough times… Special Mac Crab balls, «where’s the crab?» Steamer juice was really good.

GREAT pub food. Fantastic burgers, and my fave is their chicken breast skewers which taste like hot wings and also come with blue cheese. yum. My only complaint?.. the burger buns are just too thick and I end up eating only one half of it; but that’s just me. Really great burgers and thin cut fries. YES!

This place is tucked away on the second floor of one of the downtown buildings. Lots of stairs so be careful! The environment was nice with great views of the water. You have the option to sit outside on the balcony as well which is great. We had the Artichoke Dip and it was Amazing!!! My husband tried the nitroIPA and loved it Looks like they have a spot for live music too! Only complaint is that I think we came in on a busy lunch hour and we didn’t see our waitress very much. However I do recommend this pub to anyone visiting Port Townsend!

Stopped in for lunch and a pint. Food was good! Weather was nice enough to sit outside, the deck was great and the views were nice overlooking the water and ferry. Inside the pub needs some freshening up, but other than that Siren’s is a good place to eat, drink, or play a game of pool.

Have never dined in because this is a bar and neither of us drink alcohol. However we have taken food to go and oh my gosh… their shepherds pie is filled with gold I’m sure of it! Slightly spicey, cooked with wine or beer gravey and oh how lovely. I crave this on occasion and although pricey, the portions are big enough for 2 meals at least so you definitely get your money’s worth. Yum yum yum!

This place is super cute and has a great vibe and feel. You have to walk up a few flights of stairs, but it’s worth it. Service was terrible. We sat down at the bar and it was a good 10 minutes before anyone of the 4 people working behind it and walking past us even acknowledged us. We were sitting right near the kitchen so it was pretty shocking that no one would even look at us. I even laughed as a guy at the opposite bar end continued to wave at the bartender to try and get an acknowledgement. Once we did order our food came out and sat right there on the counter by the cash register for a good 5 minutes. The bartender walked past it multiple times and no one else brought it to us either. The food was very good, but would have been better if it wasn’t cold when we got it. Shrimp tacos were excellent. I noticed the bartender chastised some people for standing under the«order here» sign to put in an order. It was interesting. I’d still go back again for the food and décor, but would just have no expectations about the service. They also had a great outdoor patio that would be nice on a warm day.

If you come here expecting a normal restaurant experience, you’re going to have a bad time. If you come here with an open mind, it’s going to be awesome. That’s all I have to say.

The room was seat yourself, so I grabbed a table. After awhile, the waitress came up and asked: would you like a menu? Which I thought was kind of a funny question but I smiled and said: yes please! She replied: ok I’ll try and find one. Again, kind of strange. She proceeded to walk 10 feet away where she scooted into a booth to munch on some food with two other men who were sitting there. I scanned the room and saw that other people were pointing at her and whispering. When she finally got up, a lady waved her down and said: we’ve been sitting here awhile. Can you take our order please? That should have been my first sign. Quite awhile later, the waitress finally came back with a menu… And gave it to another table, who was thoroughly confused. Twenty minutes after sitting down, I was finally able to place an order. I was going to order food, but didn’t want to be there all night, so I just got a cocktail. I got the Boo Radley and it was good — tasted like black licorice. By now, I had a new waitress who for some reason became blind to my existence. FOURTIMES she walked into the back room where I was sitting and hit every other party, but ignored me. I wish I was exaggerating. All I wanted was a glass of water, but every time I tried to make eye contact, she looked the other way. Not once did she ask how the drink was or see if I wanted anything else. I finally had to give up on the water and began hoping I could just get my check. On her fifth pass through, she was about to walk by when she FINALLY looked up and literally did a hard stop when she met my eyes. From the time I walked in to when I left was a solid hour. I had one drink which probably took about 20 mins to drink. Forty of those minutes were literally just me sitting there waiting for a menu or a check.

After a long day of biking, all you really need is some water and a snack, but all you really WANT is a nice cold beer. For the most part, when a beer was available, we would make that happen. Sirens was a nice place right on the harbor in Port Townsend looking over their marina. It had a nice local feel to it will still being primarily welcoming to scrubby biker kids like myself. We enjoyed the IPA they were serving on tap and sat out on the deck. Definitely a good place to check out if you’re in the area and want a nice beer.

This place is an incredible jewel of Port Townsend. If you can muster the gumption to climb 2 flights of stairs and you don’t mind the noise then THISISYOURNIGHTOUT. The pub has everything; music, food, libations, billiards, and a kickass patio overlooking the Sound. The service is professional, the atmosphere is light-hearted, and the overall Pub vibe is great! Order anything off the menu, I dare you. Drink anything that isn’t nailed down. Breathe in that fresh Pacific Northwest Air! The live music is okay sometimes too +_+

A-ok. The views are nice, but service can be confusing, and the porch was really crowded so one of us sat and the other stood. I would be more inclined to revisit outside of happy hour and dinner time.

Upstairs in an ocean front Victorian era building in downtown Port Townsend. Gastropub with a diverse menu. Eclectic drink menu and décor. Back deck was full at the early dinner hour. Local Port Townsend Brewing Co. selections on tap. I had the Scottish Ale. Very good. Spring roll appetizer. Fish and Chips, Shepard’s Pie, Salmon and Ciopinno for the entrees. Luckily, for our waistline, they were out of the dessert we wanted. Service was a bit casual, thus the 3 stars. But. I’d return for the food and ambience.

The view for outdoor seating is the only thing this shitty place has going for it. The service is some of the worst I’ve ever had, and the one appetizer we had was burned. My wife and I sat down, only to be delighted by the view. We even saw a family of otters catching their dinner in the bay. Needless to say, we were in a great mood at this point. 15 minutes later, we finally were able to put in our order of two entrees and an appetizer. No problem, the view was still great, the breeze was nice, and they did seem somewhat understaffed. 30 minutes later, and we still sat there without a server so much as filling our water. No problem, we were still feeling ok at this point. And the view was still great. Another 30 minutes, and we finallyyyy got our appetizer. And what do you know: it was burned. We had had enough, we were not in the mood to wait another hour for our entrees. No view is worth being that disrespected by an establishment. We got up and left after notifying our waiter. I could tell he felt bad but he didn’t seem surprised at all. After checking other Unilocal reviews, it seems like bad service is the norm here. To me, you’ve got to look at the management in this case. Someone definitely deserves to be put on the hot seat.

Ate here today, A++!! I cannot believe we found a table on the patio(what a view!) at 5pm(!!) on a sunny Saturday(!!!). Food was excellent. We both had cheeseburgers(the pretzel bun! ask for the pretzel bun!) with fries and sodas. They have root beer! And to think, I almost didn’t eat here because«gastropub» is so eye-roll inducing and places with views so often make up for it with bad food. So good, will be back with family some day!

What an absolute nightmare. We showed up and the place was not terribly packed but it was busy. Their chalkboard sign above the bar explicitly states that your service is going to be terrible if the sun is out. What kind of a way to run a business is that??? It’s busy? Come in and help out. Don’t make people stand around and wait an hour to get food just because you don’t want to work. After an hour, my burger finally showed up and it was pretty damn marginal. I love Port Townsend but I feel like I can’t eat anything when I’m in town because of places like this.

I would rate Sirens as 3 ½ stars. We stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon, and the place wasn’t very busy. The sun was out, so we sat outside on the deck, which has a nice view of the water. We went ahead and ordered: Clam chowder: this was good, with chunks of potatoes and clams. Shrimp capellini: this had an Asian twist with a Thai-style sauce(just ok). Fish and chips: good, not greasy The restaurant is located on the main street next to the water, up a long flight of stairs. We got good service from the waiter, and the prices were reasonable. I would return to Sirens again if I am back in Port Townsend.
