2stars for the last few times I have been here. It seems to be hit or miss here folks. I brought my little one here for a treat but, it ended up turning into a nightmare. I usually get GREAT service when I go to this Nail salon but it was far from great the last 3 times I went there. About 10 minutes after calling to inquire about how long I’d have to wait(which he said was little to NO wait), I walked into the VERY packed salon. I signed in my daughter in for a mani/Pedi and i put myself down for eyebrows. A wee bit annoyed from being told«litle to no wait», we told took a seat. It was preeeety obvious that I would have to wait for a few but, never did I imagine that I’d sit there for 25minutes before any services were rendered. By this time 8women have signed in after me. Understaffed, and SWAMPED they take all customers. Even though people were already waiting on services, they continued to take customers. They even had a few customers leave because of how packed it was in there. My daughter’s water was prepped and she was led to the chair. I call it waiting they called«soaking» but, whatever you want to call it happened for 25 minutes. Other than the occasional«hi, pretty girl» she was passed over and over. By this point I’m slowly getting angry. 2 women, out of 8 that walked in AFTER me go to the back after waiting a 20 minutes, and get… that’s right… you guessed it… THEIREYEBROWSARCHED. smh lolololll I’m steaming and decide to get my baby out of the chair and scratch my name off of the«sign in sheet». A nail tech notices my frustration and gets to my daughter. My daughter was not wanting to budge so i let her get her pedi and decided to decline ALL other services. If its busy… its best you go elsewhere. They cram customers in there for a buck but forget about customer services. If its NOTBUSY request Lilly her Mom, Tasha(eyebrows). It pained me writing this but I DETEST poor customer service.

I used to like going to this place when Tom worked there however, its changes. they have no time management skills and they don’t staff appropriately. I scheduled an appointment for me 2 others for my wedding day and we still had to wait an hour. I just tried to walk in this morning and they only had 3 people working and they told me to come back in an hour. I just went to Legacy nails in Pooler and they took me right away and thy had 6 other employees on stand by. I won’t be going to divas anymore

Worst mani/pedi ever. Was visiting the area and found them on google maps with high ratings so I figured why not. The man that was taking care of me spoke not one word of english. All of our«conversations» consisted of him pointing and grunting. Polish selection was dreadful and all of it looked old. He kept putting thinner into the polish I’d chosen. The pedicure took over an hour and he didn’t seem like he had any clue what he was doing. When we moved onto the manicure, he wanted me to soak my hands in water before he filed my nails. At that point, I looked at the man giving a mani next to me(who spoke english) and said«does this guy know what he’s doing?». He rushed him away from me… they had a convo and all of a sudden I had a new man giving me a mani. This one decided to insult me a few times by asking«do you always rip your cuticles like this»…obviously not, idiot. He as well kept putting thinner into the polish. The polish was so shitty that it never ended up drying and smudged on the way out the door. HATE this place and would NEVER go back here. Dreadful.

My favorite nail place in Savannah. The staff is wonderful. They have amazing service and it’s the only place I trust to do my eyebrows around here! Eyebrows, massages, mani/pedi, Brazilian wax… um, yes – a real spa.
