I busted the screen on my cell phone. I was just going to goto Verizon to upgrade and happend along an ad for this place.
I went in at about 1 on a Friday and was helped right away — first big difference from Verizon, they always make you sign in and wait. I filled out some paperwork and they went to work on my phone.
By 2 they had my phone ready and had me on my way. Everything seems to be working good since it was fixed.
My two small gripes, being a tech company I was kinda suprised to see old fasion carbonlike forms. It would also be nice if they had something to do while you wait, their isn’t much in the shopping center, so unless you need to get groceries, you get board fast.

This is possibly the most fraudulent place I’ve ever been to. They used to have a really good head tech in there that would give me very good advice on phone repair. I have made several visits to this location but none since she left and I don’t agree with their method of customer service and trying to sell me a battery when all I needed was my phone updated and a screen replacement. That being said I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT!

Horrible customer service the lady just sits there with no answers for my device, every time I asked a question she said she wasn’t sure. She could’ve at least tried to help .
I rather just attempt to fix it myself.

iPad repair great. Had cracked screen. Fixed min. wait time same day repair. No appointment needed unlike an Apple stores.
Well worth it. Up front about repair and warranty of work.

Fast and friendly service. Shattered my 5S screen and had no issues with getting it replaced within hours of turning it in. I will be taking all of my devices to this location and recommend them to anybody. Affordable prices and a variety of services provided.
