I took an 80 year-​old mirror and brush set to have it repaired and restored at Art Craft Silversmiths. At intake, the woman who took my order was very friendly and professional. She explained about the objects’ condition and the process of restoration.
At pick-​up, the items were so beautiful, it was as if they were new. I could hardly believe that these were the same pieces, but of course, the engraving gave it away… they were.
My only reason for giving 4 stars, instead of 5, was that there was no time estimate given, and it took longer than I would have thought. But what do I know about silver restoration.
