Great friendly service. Food was so-so for hand tossed pizza. Cheese sticks were great. I’d eat here again but nothing overly special to bring me back.

Wow the service was HORRABLE… The pizza was flimsy and had hardly any toppings. They charge so much for pretty much the worst pizza in portland. Stay FARFARAWAY!

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had their pizza and for the most part has been ok. Better than the usual chains, although, they can be a bit inconsistent when putting their toppings. Tonight, my supervisor bought a spinach salad, a Bellagio’s Zone, and one of their Italian sandwiches between him, myself and another co-manager. Spent $ 24 on a phone delivery that took around an hour and a half to deliver. They claim anything over $ 17 excludes the delivery charge… wrong. Still got charged. Maybe if the food was better than sub-par it would’ve made it worth it, hence, they still got a $ 6 tip on top of that. I can’t speak on what my co-workers had other than they said it was«OK» but wasn’t anything special. I had the Bellagio’s Zone. I will say this… I’ve never seen a calzone that lacked so much. I would have been better off buying 2 slices of pizza and mushed them together! Literally, a SPRINKLE of cheese(I can see spaces on the bread where the cheese missed) and green bell pepper, a big handful of olives, a one thin layer of meats, and LOTS of doughy bread and looked half-cooked …for almost $ 11! If it weren’t for the little bit of marinara dipping sauce, it would have been almost flavorless. I’m sorry, I’m completely disappointed about this experience and most likely won’t order anything from them other than a pizza from them while at work every blue moon, if that. But, then again, there are better pizza places within their price range.

Amazing good food, online ordering, fast and friendly delivery, what more could you want? and if you want something a little special(like the Mother Earth pizza as a calzone), they will call to confirm and make sure you get exactly what you want. oh — and don’t forget reasonable prices! delivery fees in Portland usually break the bank but bellagios softens the blow

He didn’t wash his hands after wiping his nose. None of them washed their hands while preparing the pizza. And when they were done preparing one gentleman rinsed his hands and wiped it on the back of his pants. Oh. They were also not friendly. Oh and they cross contaminate the gf. That should’ve been my biggest worry. But… lets just say I didn’t eat the pizza. Lastly, did I mention the flies?

Not a bad place to grab a quick bite. We had an x-large, half Hawaiian half Real Deal and split it between four. No complaints about the food or service… the tables could have used a wipe down.

My boyfriend and I finally got back to our hotel after walking around Portland all day. We were exhausted but starving. This restaurant was the first that Unilocal showed had delivery. Bellagios was closing in a half an hour and we were expecting them to turn us away. Instead, they promised to get us our pizza in a half an hour. They asked for our room number but I offered to meet them in the lobby. It was delivered in 15 minutes. The woman who delivered was very bright and cheery. She brought plates, napkins, parmesan, and crushed red peppers which I hadn’t even thought of and it was all very much appreciated. The pizza itself was gorgeous. We got a large BBQ chicken. The cheese had that perfect stringiness and the ingredients stayed on the slice very well. I’m not normally a crust person, but this crust was fluffy and flavorful; I ate it eagerly. I really felt that Bellagios cared about their restaurant with both service and food. Everything about this experience was delightful and a perfect end to a busy day in Portland.

I love Bellagios specialty pizzas. I’m usually a pepperoni girl, but I’d go vegetarian for these guys. Mother Earth is our favorite, but what completes it for me is the crust. Thick, chewy but with an awesome crispy crunch. I used to order from the Goose Hollow location but I think this one is better and of the pizza places that deliver near Irvington, this is the most affordable while still delicious!

Ordered online no problem. Pizza delivered no problem. My issue was with the quality of the pizza. It just simply wasn’t good. Which is crazy because pizza is almost always good. I didnt like the flavor of the sauce I don’t like the cheese and I wasn’t fond of the toppings. If you’re reading this I try somewhere else.

Then again, what pizza isn’t amazing! The best thing about Bellagios is that they sell their pizza dough for you to take home and make your own pizza. I’m not sure what they’re doing with their dough, but it’s better than anything I can make at home! My pizza always turn out amazing when I pick up dough from Bellagios. An extra-large size is perfect to cut into quarters for 4 smaller pizzas.

When ordering a pizza online through the lloyd location, the website quoted me an hour wait time for my pizza. After an hour and 15 minutes, I called the store to see if there were any extenuating circumstances involving my order. I was not upset in the least. I was wondering if my order had not gone through or if something was wrong. The first person I spoke with did not explain the situation very well, but knew which order was mine without having given my information to them. She said my pizza was still cooking in the oven. She asked if I would like to speak with the manager, and I obliged. The entire phone conversation, I was cordial and polite as the manager explained that the website had been quoting people the incorrect time and that they had been busy. I merely stated that an hour and fifteen minutes seems like a long time for an order to still be in the oven(I did not mention this, but I know people who work busy nights at competing pizza restaurants and understand the demand and workload of a busy night). When I mentioned that I felt like and hour and fifteen minutes was a little long for my order to still be in the oven, the manager laughed, and then the staff standing next to her laughed. So, I was either on speaker phone or they were listening closely. If they were as busy as they claimed, it seems like they should not be standing around the phone joking about one person’s order. Regardless, I was insulted for politely voicing my concern. There are plenty of pizza establishments in the Portland area who have better prices and quality pizza. I asked for a refund. The manager said, «Ok.» then hung up after a pause. After some time, the manager called back and stated that she did not like the way our phone conversation ended and wanted to give the pizza to me after refunding my order. I stated that she could have handled the call professionally the first time, and that I was very insulted by her behavior. I explained that I did not want the pizza, and that I didn’t trust that they had not done something to it based on their unprofessional attitude. I won’t be eating at Bellagios again.

The pizza is terrific, and the staff are very friendly. However, I am frequently in around lunch time and the by-the-slice case rarely has more than a few slices to choose from. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m in at 11:30a or 12:30p — 2 or 3 slices of one kind of pie is all there is. Please, keep your slice case stocked more adequately or I’ll have to go someplace else for lunch.

Always out of Grinder bread or delivery is estimated at over an hour. Manager needs to make sure he/she always has the right amount of product to offer to the customers. I should never get an answer or a call back with«we’re out of that», which seems to me more often than not.

So, the pizza was fine. Nothing too noteworthy but good. However, as my daughter and I were sitting in the back of the establishment eating last night we over hear this conversation of two employees: Female: muttering Male: we will be getting a new pest control company soon. Female: good because CLEARLY the current one is not doing its job, yuck! Not exactly a conversation you’d like to hear as you are chomping on a pizza made in the kitchen they are presumably talking about finding a creepy crawler in.

I feel bad for not updating this review sooner. It’s been awhile since I’ve had the pizza, but the sandwiches are really excellent. The problems with the staff have been taken care of and they all seem to care again. They definitely do focus on delivery orders, but they’re getting better at balancing it all. The hard thing to remember is that even if there are only a couple people eating in, it doesn’t mean they aren’t really busy. There are a lot of pizza and sandwich places out there, but Bellagios is once again near the top of my list.

Good pizza, slow service. We were told we would have to wait 30 minutes for dine-in and we waited 40 — a big difference when you are hungry. We understand they were busy, but maybe the management needs to put more resources on a Friday night. Take-out and delivery was their priority, so expect to wait if you decide to dine in.

I love Bellagios! Definitely my favorite delivery pizza. The ingredients taste fresh and they have great flavor combinations. My favorite pizza, hands-down, is the garlic chicken on a creamy alfredo base with feta, red onions, mushrooms, and fresh tomatoes — except I get extra sauce and swap out the mushrooms for fresh spinach(I hate mushrooms). So good! However, I agree with some of the other reviewers that their delivery service has been off lately — the last few times, my order has either been wrong, late, or a combination of the two. They’re always very nice and polite when this happens, but it sucks having to wait 2 hours for one pizza. Hopefully they fix that problem soon!

I worked at a different Bellagios in high school and a bit afterwards, and if I’d given the customer service that they do at this location, I would’ve been written up in a heartbeat. I ordered a delivery a while back not long after transplanting to SE, and when the driver called looking for the apartment, she asked(in the bitchiest tone ever heard from a customer service person), «Do you even know where you live or what you’re talking about?» Really? When she did find it, she got to the door and continued to be incredibly rude, nearly shoving the pizza in my hand and saying«sign this» as flatly as possible. Yes, pizza delivery sucks sometimes, but good god. I was floored. Having been in the same position before whilst being bitted and humped by dogs, I always try to be as nice as I can for any delivery, but this person was not having it. Both times I ordered deliveries from this location, the edges of the pizzas were folded over as if someone kept it at an angle in their car and it slid into the side of the box(it happens on occasion — if you have bucket-style seats, check the pizza first!). I don’t live far from this location at all, and pizza shouldn’t get that folded over in that short of time(it only happened to me on deliveries that were six+ miles out). Yes, I should order pickups if I live that close. Life lessons… too bad I won’t order from this location again. Not long before I quit, the Resers ranch dressing that we’d always used(the best ranch in the whole wide world) was changed to a generic off-brand ranch, and I’ve yet to enjoy Bellagios as I did before the swap. I’ve really tried, but I can’t do it. When I go and hang out with my parents, I still enjoy pizza from the location I worked at – unlike this abomination, we were(for the most part) trained properly on customer service. I should’ve called and complained then. Sorry! (This would be a one-star review if not for the other, far better Bellagios locations; if you’re in Portland, try Sellwood or Goose Hollow instead, or most any of the suburban locations.)
