One of my favorite food is Mexican food, and I’ve never been disappointed in Qdoba. It’s the standard build your Burrito in front of you shop but it’s very tasty. Airline chicken is fantastic, but you can’t go wrong with any of your meat selection at this place. I’ve been here a few times and the staff is always super friendly, very professional and efficient at what they do. This is a short and quick review, but you really can’t go wrong here from my experience.

Food is pretty good and service is great. Not a bad place to stop for lunch. I tried the chicken nachos and they were good. Guacamole is free with entrée, that’s nice.

Terrible service and unprofessional employees. My burrito was poorly made and fell apart the second I tried to eat it. Waist of money

Today was my first time ever eating Qdoba. It was very similar in taste to Chipotle but just not quite as good. In fact if someone had brought me a burrito I’d think it came from Chipotle on an «off day». Prices are good and service is friendly.

Funny name, GREATFOOD! This was our first visit and we will return. The food was delicious, fresh and very HEALTHY. The staff is very helpful, by suggesting item combinations from the menu and assisting in offering choices for our special dietary needs family members. The burrito maker and other line staff were engaging and entertaining. We had a great time! I was also pleased how amazingly clean this restraunt is… bathroom included!

If you are in a hurry to waste money on completely bland«Mexican» food, then Qdoba is your place. Enjoy!

I like Qdoba. I have never had to wait for service. The staff are über nice and the food is pretty good. You can create whatever you want — tacos, burritos, bowls — the usual fast foody mexican fare made to order on a production line. Calorie ranges posted so you can make as good or bad of choices as you want. The price is reasonable for what you get.

Really good food and they make it just like you want it. Prices fair about $ 10 a person.

I ordered catering for a large staff meeting. the driver still hadn’t shown up after an hour and a half. During this time I was making several phone calls to the in-store manager and the driver(who seemed to keep getting lost in all the parts of town except for ours). Eventually, I told them to forget about it. I don’t understand why they would have a delivery driver who couldn’t find his way around town, even with GPS and Portland is really easy to navigate! The experience was extremely frustrating for myself and the other 35 hungry people. I will never order from this place again, I would not suggest that anyone else does.

If I could give this place a no star would. Worst costumer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Why would you ever hire people so inconsiderate and rude. I’ve never felt so disrespected at restaurant before. If I could complain directly to the owner I would. The three women that were working tonight were the worst. All I know is that I would never hire people who don’t know what customer service is. It was ridiculous. The woman that made my burrito was so impatient that she started wrapping it up before I was even done telling her what I wanted in it. I’m literally in shock of how terrible everyone who came in was treated.

I hate to bash a place that served burritos. It seems inhumane. However, it took 7 min before I walked out. It was not busy, and 2 employees just disappeared to the back without acknowledging me. I usually don’t sweat this is if the staff says, «hey, sorry, I’ll be right there.» But silent treatment… I’m out. Step up your game yo, you have a chipotle and muchos gracias on the same corner. I’m at muchos right now, btw. I also want to say I understand the service industry, it’s hard, you don’t get paid a lot, and there are a lot of rude people out there. But looking at a customer and ignoring them just isn’t cool. Sorry, maybe I’ll roll back and give it another chance… or not.

Qdoba is amazing. The food is delicious and fast. Their chips and queso dip is pretty delicious too. Plus it’s one of the only places that don’t charge you extra for guacamole. Their prices are fair and customer service is great for fast service. We will definitely be regulars of Qdoba.

Really upset with this location’s customer service. I got a bottled Fuze drink that was 2 months expired tonight. I called right after I drank some to let them know and almost threw up in my mouth. They answered and only said«Ew that’s gross, I’m sorry» and I agreed, then they replied«okay… Bye.» And this isn’t the first time I have had a bad experience here. I always feel like it’s a hassle to make my food or ring me up. The only reason I come here is because it’s the closest place to get food. But from now on, I would take the extra 10 seconds to go to Chipotle(right across the street).

I must say, after a trying afternoon, the gentleman preparing my food really lifted my spirits! His name was Mykell(spelling?) and he was more than friendly, helpful and positive while making my husband’s and my food! The change in the menu was slightly new to us and he pleasantly explained it to us as well as the food options. And for someone who has to work on Black Friday near a mall, he was just so cheerful in a non annoying way. I never thought I would be so excited over good customer service, but I truly left there feeling a little better than I did when I walked in. THANKSMYKELL!(FYI I already know my food will be good)

Took me about 25 minutes to get here from just a few miles away to meet my boyfriend for lunch on his work break and boy was it worth it! Not only was my veggie burrito only 3.99 but the service was excellent! I will definitely be back! They gave generous portions as well which is always a plus! Thanks Qdoba!

I can sum this place up in one word: EFFICIENT! Aside from having a really small parking lot which they share with Bellagio Pizza(street parking is metered) there is nothing negative I can say. The front line employees are always friendly, the food is delicious and the line moves FAST! Oh, and the manager is super nice, loves his job and makes all customers feel welcome and appreciated(he’s always working the register during lunch rush).

I hate to give a chain like this 4 stars but this Qdoba is actually pretty damn good. I sent here one day on my lunch break(I work nearby) because Chipotle had a HUGE line. My thought was«well I already decided on a burrito I guess I’ll go to Qdoba because it’s so close». I was surprisingly not disappointed. In fact I’ll go as far as to say it’s way better than Chipotle. Growing up in the Midwest that actually means a lot, I’ve been to Chipotle countless times. Most of the times I went to Qdoba I was disappointed. Not this one though, the food is good and the service is fast and friendly. Weidler chipotle? You’ve been replaced.

I really like this Qdoba location. The staff are friendly(I think that’s kind of corporate mandate, but it feels genuine), the food is always flavorful and quick, and Qdoba has pretty good music. On my visit yesterday, I ran in almost right before closing and the counter man acted like it was midday. I appreciated that because I hate going in somewhere shortly before closing, especially if employees shoot you one of those«evil eyes» for it. The other rock star suggestion he made? Give me the chips for my nachos on the side since I was taking them to go. Now I don’t have a soggy mess when I get home, but instead a big bowl for scooping with what look like fresh-fried chips. :) My favorite things about Qdoba over other corporate Mexican quick-service chains? Limes on the soda bar, for food or if i want to use one in a carbonated beverage. Loyalty card, for free food eventually. Sadly, I’ve always forgotten mine so probably missing out on free food. «Pick 2» Menu — great way to get a little salad alongside something a little less healthy OR to try out a couple of different meat and sauce combinations on the menu. It’s also pretty cheap at $ 6.29(I remember when it was $ 5.99).
