Really impressive food — unexpectedly impressive. The prices might be a tad high, but it is Alberta — and prices are going up accordingly with the popularity. I’m just not a fan of whiskey, yet I know this is the namesake. Not my thing, so can’t rate it. I ordered mac and cheese thinking, «oh it’ll be small, so I’ll order a salad too». Big mistake, HUGE. The mac and cheese in itself is a thing of beauty, flavor, and epic portions… as was the salad.
No complaints here, other than it gets quite loud the more packed it gets. So, get there early for dinner, get your drink on, and then the noise won’t bother you as much.
