Purchased a Samsung Tab A 9.7 a few months ago. Screen got cracked so I went to Cellairis to get a quote. Worker doesn’t even ask what model and immediately spouts out $ 400. I explain that the tablet only cost $ 230 when I bought it. He says the screens are crazy amount to repair. Speechless…

I bought a case here for my mom. The salesman put it on for her to see. When we got home, it was too difficult for her to put on and off, so I decided to return it. The salesman never told me there would be a 20% restocking fee. It was brand new! Never used. Such a rip off! Make sure you test it well at the kiosk before spending money here. There are better places to go with better customer service.

****Rating is for the customer service!!!**** The workers were so rude! I walked up and they didn’t say anything, I finally said hello, I would like to replace my phone screen. The guy who helped me barely talked let alone looked at me and said«$ 130 for that phone.» Then he asked of I was paying with cash or card, I said card and he was like«Oh our card machine is broken can you pay cash?» So I had to go to an ATM, when I came back he again didn’t say anything so I stood there and he showed me my phone and said«$ 130.» Overall, the customer service was horrible, at least my screen is fixed but seemed expensive. I paid a little over $ 200 for my phone! Don’t go here

Terrible quality. Do not purchase here. I bought case, 2 days later case started peeling, return policy says u can return within 30 days. They would not return it.
