I had a knee injury and Kari and her staff developed a personalized program for me that resulted in my knee and whole body feeling better than they have in years! The studio is peaceful, calming and clean. Staff is professional and attentive. I’m about to graduate into classes there, and I can’t recommend their programs and staff highly enough. Thanks Kari and staff!

Ashely and circle studio are THE BEST! Since doing gyrotonic with Ashley I have not had a single issue of back spasm which. Used to have every three or four months. She is highly knowledgable, very intuitive about what the body needs and she is warm and funny. It’s actually fun to work out! Could not recommend more highly.

Located in the Pearl district, Circle is a very clean and well equipped Pilates and Gyrotonic studio with a spacious layout and plenty of natural light. I will be back to take classes whenever I travel to Portland.

This is a beautiful, clean, serene place in the North Pearl — with smart, educated, accepting instructors. I disliked PE and have joined gyms over the years in the vain hope they’d be unlike «gym class.» FInally I started Pilates here as a beginner and my variety of middle-​aged physical complaints post-​knee surgery have all but vanished. I’ve gained strength, balance, and physical confidence. Circle Studio is an energetic yet calm place. Love it.

This is a friendly and beautiful Pilates and Gyrotonic studio. Spacious and clean with wonderful, smart, educated instructors. Good parking and you can be a total beginner, which I was when i started. No comparison to the Pilates– type mat classes you might take at your gym. I take private Pilates sessions there and get a great workout that really is tailored to ME. I hated PE in school and quit any form of exercise that hurts. Pilates doesn’t, at least not here, and my body and mind benefit enormously from my sessions here. Highly recommended.

Thirty years of running (and not stretching!) had destined me to a life of Chiropractor visits and an inability to even touch my toes! Since joining Circle Studio, starting Pilates and Gyrotonic, I have not needed to see my Chiropractor and have achieved a level of flexibility that I never knew was possible. In addition, my body overall has begun to move with more fluid and graceful motions. Kari and her team are fun, energetic and extremely knowledgeable instructors. I can honestly say that joining Circle Studios was the best investment that I have ever made in my overall health and fitness routine.
