Irvington Building Supply

I bought windows from Irvington Building supply in the Spring and got them in within the 2 week window they quoted me. I ordered more this July and am extremely disappointed in the delay of my order and more than that their complete lack of communication about the delay. They never pick up their phone, so you have to hound them with voicemails. Then when you finally get a call back, they tell you that your order is coming in a few days, but then don’t communicate with you when the date has been pushed back yet again until you hound them with voicemails again, wondering where your order is. I prepaid for my windows and now wish I hadn’t. I am going to demand a 20% discount for my troubles and will improve my score if they acknowledge what poor customer service I have gotten. This delay of windows is delaying everything in my house project.
