Can’t say enough good things about this place! I brought my 10 year old Dyson in to be serviced, which I had never done! They explained what was all included in the service and gave me the price, which seemed very reasonable to me. The only extra charge would be for a new filter. They were upfront about everything. I dropped it off Wednesday afternoon and was told he’d have it back to me Friday, maybe Thursday afternoon. He called Thursday morning and said it was ready! When I picked it up, the price was exactly what we had gone over the day before, no additional charges. He went through everything with me that he had done and showed me how to do some simple things to keep up on so I didn’t have to bring it back to him! Wow! Plus he cleaned all the scuffs on the outside of the vacuum, looked brand new again!

Stop looking for a repair shop, this is the place to go! My vacuum was on the fritz so I took it in expecting the usual but what I received was spectacular service. Turns out my problem was very minor so it was fixed on the spot. I got the 411 on how to clean my machine, it was awesome. In the future, I will only go here. They are knowledgeable about all brands, not just Kirby and great prices so check them out!

Excellent knowledge and customer service. Helped us with what turned out to be a simple vacuum problem and could have easily charged us more but was honest, nice, talkative, and helpful. Would recommend.

OK these guys are rock stars!!! My husband came with a Dyson– his pride and joy. Personally got great suction but easily switching from full on vacuuming to hose is for the birds. Anyway been busted for 3 weeks. Did my Unilocal research and even though there was only 2 reviews these guys sounded great. I called and the gentleman guessed the model # and then walked me through fixing it over the phone. OMG! I will recommend them for anything.

The service here is excellent. Pretty much guaranteed. It’s not official though it always works out that my vacuums get repaired. I have Rainbow Vacuums and have paid so much at other stores when I’m sure it didn’t need that much because this store has repaired it by just replacing brushes and cleaning. It was $ 450 to get a new motor at the other place. This store always tries his best to save me a buck.

My last vacuum broke in half so I went on the hunt for a new one. Found a great used Dyson here at the service center. It was missing a little clip to hold one of the filters on and it was on order. Sed shipped me the part a soon as it arrived. He gave some great service and followed up on his promises. I would visit again. I support local small businesses.
