Commercial Dishwasher

I’m going to praise these guys so much I’ll sound like I own the place, but I don’t. I work at a small neighborhood bar and we’ve been using CD for about 4 years with great results. Dependable machine– I think we’ve had maybe 2 or 3 minor and forgettable issues with our dishwasher and they were quickly resolved. Once over the phone in about 60 seconds.
Here’s the reason for my high praise now: on new year’s eve ²⁰¹¹⁄₂₀₁₂ right about at 11:30pm our machine starts blowing the circuit. Over and over. We try different plug ins with the same result. I try different settings on the machine to no avail. The bar is as slammed as it ever gets of course and we will probably be forced to close once we run out of disposable plastic cups. On one of our busiest nights of the year. Because we can’t wash glasses.
I call CD and explain the trouble. 20 minutes later the CD repair guy shows up at the bar, wades through the crowd and goes to work. He’s got a flashlight in one hand and a screwdriver in the other while 100 people count down to midnight all around him. He finds the problem (short in the drain switch I think) and fixes it. We’re back up and running after a ton of sweat from us bartenders.
We work with a few other services that promise ²⁴⁄₇ emergency repair but they have shrugged us off every time asking us to manage or make do. This was CD’s moment to shine under the worst possible circumstances for us AND them. What did they do? They shone like the sun. New year’s eve? No problem! It sounds like hyperbole and I’m a terrible poet, but CD really saved us in our time of need. If you work in the service industry and it’s a busy night and a necessary piece of equipment fails you know what I’m talking about. It sucks! CD IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
