best thing about Stan’s is their selection of drinks in their beverage freezers — for a ‘convenience’ type store of this size perhaps double what i’d expect to see. open to midnight

This little convenience store has a huge selection of drinks(non-alcoholic) and also sandwich options are really yummy as well. Unlike the first review, I had a nice lady helping me both days I went for sandwiches while I was in town in September 2010. The friend I was staying with lives very close to this little sandwich store. I had the tuna salad one day and roast beef the next and both were loaded with meats and the potato salad as a side was really yummy too. You have an option to pick chips, mac salad or potato salad and both days I went with the potato salad. I was suprised how much meat/tuna she stuffed in there for me, I would say for the price you pay it’s way better than subway’s. Def. worth your money if you just want a quick bite to eat on the way to the airport. Thanks Tina, your service was awesome!

Worst sandwich I’ve ever eaten! Just finished half of it and I feel sick. I work at the airport and pass this place everyday. A co-worker of mine said he’d had a good sandwich there so I thought of give it a try. Big mistake. I ordered the«full meal deal» sandwich, drink, and chips for $ 4.99. When I asked about the lunch special the man behind the counter yelled«ham only!» OK. Ham it is then. He washed his hands and cranked out my sandwich in record time. When I got to work and took a bite something wasn’t quite right. Upon further inspection I discovered that he’d sliced the ham with the outer casing still on it. It was like eating a sandwich with plastic coating on the outside. The lettuce was brown iceburg cut into strips, and the sandwich looked like it had been under a brick in was so smashed down. Do yourself a favor and skip this place. My stomach is wishing I would have. By the way. The one star is for washing his hands, and the little srawberry candy that came with it.
