Logik the Salon

After hunting for a salon for months, I finally picked this one based on their Unilocal and reviews.
I just got a cut by Kim. She was phenomenal. She was able to get me just a few days after I called to schedule an appointment.
I have thick/​wavy hair and she was able to thin/​layer it so well, not to mention she fixed a goof from my last hair cut.
The salon itself is edgy and artsy. The walls have tons of local art on them. It’s seriously amazing.

Kim is great! She listened to what I wanted done and did it. Although I am not the typical kind of customer, she made me feel very comfortable, appreciated, and welcome. I have gotten several compliments on my haircut.

I’ve been going to Sara Zito for my haircuts for about a year now. She is extremely talented, friendly, and fun! She somehow manages to get it right even after my awkward attempts to explain what I want. Prices are extremely reasonable and the quality and consistency is top notch. Definitely my go-​to hair salon!

Just had an appt with Tim for my 6 year old son. He did an amazing job with the cut and made my son feel completely at ease. We will be coming back to Tim!

I was pleasantly surprised! Of course, I scoured the internet trying to find a curly hair specialist before I booked an appointment. I scheduled with Tara, who was a joy to have working on my hair. Most stylists just wack off all your hair in a couple of goes, not Tara. She took her time and found each of my ringlets and cut them individually. I went from long hair to short for the first time in 7 years! This should show how hard it is to find a good curly hair stylist! My hair was short for probably 3 or 4 years before I gave up and grew it out, switching to bi-​annual haircuts. On top of all these amazing things, the price was really affordable. I have paid the same thing at Bishops, only then I walked away thinking «what a waste of money.» Needless to say, I’m coming back!

This was my second haircut from the lovely Miss Kim. The first cut from months back was the best haircut I have ever gotten in all 31 years of my life. Like a fool, I used a Groupon for another salon and asked for a certain cut for which I brought a picture as a reference. The cut from this other salon was so bad and not at all like the picture– I repented and went to see Kim at Logik. She, once again, knocked it out of the park. I LOVE the cut she gave me, it was just like the picture and we had a very pleasant conversation to boot. If you want a hip, edgy cut this is DEFINITELY the place to go and I promise to never stray again!

What can I say? I have been seeing Amber for cuts for years now, I appreciate her amazing ability to intuit what i am rambling on about and adjust it to be way better than I had imagined. I trust her implicitly — she has always been fantastic. I never stuck with a stylist until I met her, but then, why would I? I had not idea a stylist could be such a ninja, until I met her! :-)

I went in to see Sara as a new client, she was wonderful! I’m very picky and particular about my hair, she asked a lot of questions to ensure she was giving me what I wanted, and was honest with me when I asked if a certain cut would work or look good. Great experience, I will most definitely see her from now on!

Tara is the best. I have curly hair and am lazy about styling it, and she’s the first stylist ever who’s been able to make it work for me. Plus she listens, takes her time, and is great to talk to.

Kim was fabulous and friendly! She knew exactly how to fix my roots and color my pretty terribly faded hair. She’s one of only a few salons that use Pravana (the colors that I LOVE most!) and told me how she is always trying to mix up new colors. The salon is full of local art which is really rad for a hair salon.
My blue hair is rad, my roots are gone, my bangs are fixed, and my dead split ends are trimmed away!

Go see Sara Zito! She is highly educated in Framesi (Italian brand) hair color and extensively in cuts. She will not only help you find a style, she will be real with you. super sweet and professional with talent! Tired of looking for a hairstylist that you can immediately feel comfortable with that gets your own personal style… SARA ZITO is your woman.

I love going to Logik every couple months and getting an amazing cut or color from Sara. The space has great energy and my hair ALWAYS looks great when I walk out of there! Sara is such a fun person, great to talk to, and has the ability to make everyone comfortable in her chair and looking great when it is time to stand up. My 12 year old daughter also loves getting her hair done by Sara, I will quote her saying «Sara does makes hair fabulousness» I just can’t say enough good things about Logik and the great people that work there. I highly recommend them!

I am on a work trip, and was desperate for a hair upgrade earlier today. On a lark I started looking up salons, and came across Logik. I decided to take a huge chance — in my mind at least — and stop in to see if they had space to help me. Kimberly very graciously fit me in. I had a great time chatting with her while she worked her magic, and was on my way before I knew what hit me. Like many people with short hair, I’m typically very picky about who styles it. She did a kick-​ass job.
If you want to go to a place that has an awesome funky vibe (tall rolling tool chests house their equipment, cool artwork abounds, etc) this is THE spot. I’ll definitely be back. And I’ll even make an appointment next time!

I’ve been to Logik three times now and I’ve loved the experience and the results each time. Kim clearly knows what she’s doing with color, highlights, and cuts, and she even showed me a trick to prevent my unruly, curly hair from frizzing. She listened to what I wanted and did not cut my hair too short. The salon looks like a gallery but feels like a friendly neighborhood coffee shop.

Tim has been my go-​to hair guy for sooo many years — I had to follow him here 2 years ago. The salon has a cool vibe to it and everyone has been very friendly. I always leave the salon feeling a heckuva lot better than when I went in — Tim provides great cuts and color! I also sneak in every few weeks for a touch-​up bang trim — he always squeezes me in. I actually cross state lines, crossing that damn I-​5 bridge, to get my hair done in Portland. :-)

Kim is an amazing stylist! She has been doing my hair for 7 years. She strives to make it as healthy as possible, while still allowing me color and fun! I will never go to anyone else. Her salon is filled with creative flare from multiple local artists, there is never a dull moment at Logik!

I know the owner from High school and I highly recommend her salon.

Thanks again Kim for the beautiful cut and style. As usual, I was complimented on my hair by the first person I saw after my cut. Not only do I love my hairs, I love coming into the shop and listening to all the stories. Its not just a haircut, its a lifestyle.

Love this place!
I had tried to get my hair bleached to platinum by another stylist at a different location and had ended up with a terrible yellow color. It was so bad I wore a hat for two weeks until a friend suggested I go to Kim at Logik to get it fixed. I was SO impressed that Kim was able to hit exactly the color I wanted and for much less money than I was charged for the mistake!
I kept going to Kim for color and cuts– loving how she was so good at making my vague cut ideas awesome.
Then, after a while I got tired of the platinum color. I went back to Kim and asked her to help me get back to my natural color. My hair is a dark blondish color — not something easy — and she hit that perfectly too!
She does a great job with unique hair styles. I’ll say something to her like, «um, do you think we could like shave a part over here?» And she’ll totally go for it and make it look great.
Reasonable prices, too!

My hairdresser Kristi Bullock just moved over to this salon and it feels like such a good fit! I absolutely adore Kristi, she’s an amazing hair stylist and great with color and just so much fun to chat with! I have many a good laugh in her chair!
