Lumber Liquidators

First of all I LOVE THESE GUYS!!! I was helped by Sean and Ivan who are stellar individuals and really know their stuff! Sean kept me updated as the different flooring came in and also called me once everything was ready for shipment to the coast.
We bought a beach house and assuming everything was going to be OK, we went ahead and bought flooring for the whole house before the house actually closed. BIG mistake!
I am writing this today because our house did not close, in fact it was a nightmare, and hours before the freight company (which Ivan completely took care of… ordered and scheduled for me…) was supposed to pick up our new flooring and take it all the way over to the coast, the house fell through! I called Ivan in a panic and explained the whole situation. He was AWESOME! He took care of the entire return on the phone and was completely understanding and empathetic to our situation.
If you are looking for GREAT customer service from a couple of guys who REALLY know what they are talking about and will give you the advice you are looking for, this is the place!
Thanks guys, if the need arises again, I will use Lumber Liquidators on Dartmouth!!!

Bought bamboo flooring for my entire house at the Tigard store. Competitive pricing and excellent customer service. The independent shipper I hired (not associated with Lumber Liquidators) was 2 days late. When he finally arrived, he refused to put the flooring in the kitchen, leaving it in the garage. I called the manager at the Tigard Lumber Liquidators immediately. The manager and the regional manager who happened to be in the store that day both drove to my home after store hours and personally moved the many heavy boxes of flooring from the garage and into the kitchen. I am a fan for life! I highly recommend the Tigard Lumber Liquidators for customer service that is unheard these days, as well as selection and pricing.

Worst customer service! I waited 25 min in the store, looked at every display, stood at the counter and stared at the guy and he never acknowledged my presence. He was busy with something and was ignoring me and two other shoppers. I gave up and walked out. You lost a customer LL. I’ll shop elsewhere.

I used to go to the lumber liquidator near downtown Portland on Nikolai street. It’s really small, but this new location in Tigard is fantastic, new and great showroom. Besides, great pricing on laminates and hardwood floors.
