Simply amazing! Between me and my wife we tried 4 different sliders and all of them were some of the best burgers/sandwiches I’ve ever had. The Sellwood and Hawthorne were my favorites. Every bite was overflowing with flavor. I recommend getting 1 as a snack or two if you want to make it a meal. We also ordered some truffle fries and they were extra crispy with just thr right amount of spice and alot of fresh garlic. The staff was friendly and fast. The only reason it gets 4 stars is because there’s not a warm, dry place to sit down and eat. You either have to eat in the cold & rain at a picnic table or take it to go. That being said, I can’t wait to go back!

This was the best burger surprise I have had maybe anywhere, it was well worth the drive. Get two and don’t forget the fries!

Best sliders ever!!! Love their bold flavors! Can’t go wrong with pdxsliders!!! I love the variety of sliders they have — from carnivore to vegetarian! Love their accompanying truffle fries too! So creative naming their signature sliders after Portland’s famous bridges. Quick service too! When we come to Portland, they are the only sliders/hamburgers we eat!

Outstanding food, great value — lives up to the reviews. Mom and Dad satisfied, all three kids said it was the best food they’d ever tasted.

I visited PDX Sliders for the first time today. The PDX Gyro and fries were both excellent, and the service was quick and friendly. Great choice when you need something inexpensive, quick, and delicious. Everything on the menu looked excellent, and I look forward to trying more.

Sliders. No, not the one with Jerry O’Connell. Although a side of Kari Wuhrer? Please. I really do miss MTV’s Remote Control. We are talking sliders, as in little burgers. As Mix-a-lot would say, these things are little in the middle but got much back. I like them big, round and juicy. And when it comes to flavor it nails all three. Mmmhmm This is a tasty little burger. Mmmhmm This is a tasty little burger … And the truffle fries? Sure 2010 is calling for you, but they really are fantastic. Lil’ Sebastian is fan. So am I.

Yes yes yes! The hype is real at this food cart! I gotta say it’s one of the best burgers I’ve had in Portland. It’s just the right size so that you don’t feel so gluttonous. I had the Sellwood, which I think is the best. The burger was the perfect amount of juiciness!!! It was moist and made perfectly, and I don’t say that often at all! I gotta say that brioche bun really brings the whole burger together! I also had the Morrison and the Tillikum. They were delicious as well, but I prefer the Sellwood due to its brioche bun. Their house made fries are also a must, skinny light fries seasoned well paired with their house made aiolis. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Their employees are also impeccable! Will definitely be visiting again!!!

I bookmarked this spot on Unilocal for my vacation from Arizona. I am so happy that I did! This is such a great little truck with amazing food and really nice workers. I had a bacon cheeseburger slider and a chicken slider that was on special which had a Caesar dressing and some salted kale along with pork belly. Everything was so flavorful! I plan to eat here on my next vacation as well :)

We tried it once and now it’s pretty much all my husband can think about. Late at night he whispers in my ear, «PDX Slidersssssss…» But I don’t blame him. I’ve had dreams about these soft little buns, the juicy meats(and portabello mushroom), and gooey sticky cheese. I think this is maybe our only joint crush after Brangelina. Incredible food, friendly service, and I cannot wait to come back to try them ALL.

Great little slider shack. As a non-vegetarian I highly recommend their black bean veggie burger. Very friendly owners and workers that always provide great service.

The reviews don’t lie. This place is great. 2 sliders and Half a basket of fries and I’m stuffed! The meat is great quality and perfectly cooked. Only negative i’d say is the parking situation is bad. But great food, friendly people, clean tables… I’ll be back soon. update: Worst indigestion I’ve ever had. Tums couldn’t stop it, and now I’m into the pepto tablets. I’ve downgraded my review to 3 stars from

I am a huge burger fan and have been wanting to try this food truck! This was after a 10 mile run so I didn’t take the time to enjoy them as much as I usually would. Instead, I scarfed them down. From what I remember, they were good. I got the Hawthorne with bacon, goat cheese, and strawberry preserves. The preserves worked well with goat cheese but I think it may have been a little too overpowering and too berry like. The goat cheese was so tasty and melted on the burger. Bacon was average; I would have liked it crispier. I also got the Ross Island black bean burger with pepper jack cheese, butter lettuce and aioli. This was pretty good, no complaints!

As a Portland resident, I’ve been to my share of food carts. Many of them are very good, but quckly forgotten meals in the husstle bustle of the day. Others are a little more noteworthy. PDX Sliders is certainly the later. I visited PDX Sliders, located in the parking lot of a car wash in Sellwood, after having driven by many times before. A recent uptick in Unilocal reviews put the cart on my radar, which I had previously written of as «probably not veggie friendly.» Oh boy was I wrong, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. The owner was incredibly friendly, which is always a plus. But the best part of the experience began with my first bite. The truffle fries are in the top tier of all fries I have ever had. I am a french fry fan, and these more than made the grade. Do not skip the fries! The black bean burger was perfect. I added a little ketchup, pickes, and asked for no aoli(I don’t like creamy sauces). I had two of them. They were devine. Like virtually all black bean patties, they did squish and fall apart a little bit while eating, but it was no problem. The flavor more than made up that. Several times over. I will be back. Soon. Eating amazing sliders. You should do the same.

This was our first stop upon arriving in Portland and boy were we impressed! I had the Freemont and the Sellwood, and both were amazing. I think I liked the Freemont a bit more because of the roasted jalapeño. It added a nice bit of heat. These burgers didn’t need any additional condiments. They were so full of flavor and texture. We shared a basket of fries and they were fantastic as well. They have a few picnic tables out so you can enjoy your food right there if the weather is nice. We hope to get back here before our week is up!

I can’t help but think PDX Sliders is overrated on Unilocal. If I see that 116 out of 123 reviews are 5 stars, it has to be unbelievably amazing. Here are some reasons why PDX Sliders fell short for me… 1) Everything was incredibly salty. Especially the shredded pork on the Broadway slider. The truffle fries, which was my favorite part of the meal, was also over-salted. 2) Lack of flavor??? Can’t believe I’m claiming this given that every glowing review talks about how much flavor each of these sliders packs but I just wasn’t really feeling it. Both the Fremont and the Broadway has listed in the ingredients a spicy element. In the Fremont, it’s the roasted jalapeño and in the Broadway, spicy aioli but both failed to pack in the punch I was expecting. 3) Price. Yes those sliders are pretty gourmet but it’s still coming out of a food cart. Perhaps it’s just my unreasonable wish that I get a little more bang for my buck. 4) Pigeons. Loved the picnic tables. Hated the pigeons. And the flies. I may be back if I am in the area but probably just for the truffle fries.

For a second I thought it was over hyped. How can a Foodcart that is right next to a car wash be this good? It is that good. I tried the sellwood burger and a pork belly slider. Both were amazing. The fact that they’re sliders is nice. You get to try two things at once. Plus fries. The pork belly was fatty and had a great smoky taste. It had some sort of pickled bahn mi that did a great job cutting the richness. The burger was juicy and had a good amount of bacon. I loved the brioche bun that it came with. It took like 4 bites but this 4 bites, had a big punch in them. The beef. The bacon. The caramelized onions. The greens. Everything was in perfect harmony.

Greasy slurpy get ‘em while they’re fresh. The line is so long that you’ll be hungry for sure when you get ‘em. Their food cart came out to our office, and a bible church bus came from miles away to get in line. Too bad they were in front of us. The Broadway slider was my fav. It was sophisticatedly spicy as if it was marinated for a long time is choice spices.
