Alpha’s Auto Detail

I was so excited to get the interior of my vehicle detailed. I asked several times to make sure they cleaned between the drivers seat and the console, it was ignored. They had my vehicle for eight hours, it was the most I have spent on an interior detail… disappointed. Had to ask them again to clean it.

Alpha hooked it up. I needed a buff and shine and he was able to fit me in same day. Friendly, accommodating and efficient, I highly recommend his services regardless if you live in the Sellwood neighborhood.

Our Chevy Impala had gotten pretty disgusting because my husband used it for traveling with his job. It had food spills inside and the trunk was a mess as well. Some stains I thought would never come out. Alpha and his crew did a totally amazing job shampooing all the carpet to perfection, the interior leather upholstery looked like new and the exterior polished with high sheen as well as the tires. It was so worth the money. Now we can put it on the market and the show it with pride. Thank you Alpha. You made our day !

My Dodge Ram was a wreck inside. I was embarrassed to drop it off there, but it needed a good cleaning so bad. I had just bought it in early summer, and took it camping and fishing, so it had never been detailed before, and my friend brought his dog a few times. I was expecting it to take 24 hours to clean, but it was done much sooner than I expected. I dropped off my truck, but Alpha’s team was able to drop it off at my place of work. My truck looked brand new! It smelled good, and just shines with the wax they put on the outside to prepare for winter. They did a fantastic job. All at a very reasonable price as well! I will be recommending this place to everyone. Thank you!

They have a great service, however this is not the auto detailing that gets you what you pay for. Polishing was poor, doubt that they did a carpet wash for the whole car. I would rather add couple dollars more and take my car to a better auto detailing shop thats worth every penny. Good for someone who wants to sell his car not to keep it clean and use.

I brought my 2012 Focus in to Alpha’s for a thorough detail. During my time in the Army, I often found myself being a taxi service for soldiers without a car of their own. Unfortunately, this led to deep stains in my light colored cloth seats. I tried multiple times to get the stains out on my own with no luck. When I brought the car to Alpha’s I asked them to give special attention to the seats. I asked that they do their best, but I honestly wasn’t sure they could remove the stains completely. Not only did they remove the stains, but they also managed to nearly buff out the minor scuffs on the outside of my car. I returned to receive what looked like a brand new car! I’m was very impressed by the quality of their work. I had a great experience at Alpha’s and I highly recommend them! I’ll be taking any future business to them.

Brought my car in with multiple deep scratches it had for five years. Alpha was so honest — said he did not think he could get them out and it had the potential to be expensive. He gave me the worst case price. Then he texted me after working on it a couple hours, said the price would be way lower, and he got ALL the scratches out of the car. Neecho did the work: he is the BEST! Honest, competent, up-​front, friendly and incredibly good at detailing. This is as good as it gets.

Was referred to Alpha by an automotive repair shop for my black Tesla. After a year and a half I had picked up too many surface scratches and was starting to have water spots hang on after washing. My car was cleaned waxed and polished and the scratches are virtually nonexistent. Would recommend to anyone and have already got two co-​workers scheduling their vehicles for detailing. Very pleasant Associate and quick turnaround on the car. I will be back.

I thought I would give my 2004 CRV some new life by getting it spiffed up. I have a large yellow Labrador who sheds like nobody’s business. He’s been shedding in my car for the last 5 years. I’ve vacuumed, sticky rolled, pretty much tried everything. I finally took my car to Alpha’s because of the great reviews and because they’re in my neighborhood. Honestly, I didn’t think that the dog hair could ever completely go away. Boy was I wrong. After spending the day at Alpha’s there wasn’t a single Labrador hair to be found. It’s a miracle! My car was sparkly, shiny and like new. And it cost less than I had anticipated. I could not be happier or more satisfied.

I came to see Alpha in a bit of a panic. Earlier that day, while driving the company car, I’d side-​swiped a concrete post that was hiding in my blind spot. It scratched the car up pretty bad. After finding this place on Unilocal,I pulled in and asked if there was anything they could do to fix the damage. The guys immediately stopped what they were doing and went to work on the scratches. After about 20 minutes of waxing and buffing, the scratches had all but disappeared! I couldn’t believe it.
Bottom line, these guys are fast friendly and very fair. They work hard and truly care about their customers. I will definitely be back!

This was one of the easiest transactions EVER! Great customer service! Alpha was very accommodating and offered to take me to work while my car was being detailed. The actual detailing was immaculate. I have two dogs and he essentially got out ALL of the dog hair… I am still in awe. I was prepping my car to sell and Alpha must’ve really made a difference because the car sold in 12 hours! I would definitely recommend Alpha’s Auto Detail and will most certainly be back!

I just paid off my Rav4 and wanted that «new car smell» to celebrate. I’d read some reviews on other car detail services and decided after some research that Alpha’s was a place I could trust to do a thorough job. When I called for the appointment, Alpha was really nice and flexible to accommodate my schedule.
I dropped my car off and realized the shop manager (Mitchell) completely stopped what he was doing to take me to work so I wouldn’t be late for a meeting. That kind of customer service is so difficult to find these days! Usually it feels like I’m told to wait until it’s convenient for them, but I really felt like they were focused on (gasp!) me!
Mitchell was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease. He made sure I had a way back to the shop, and made a plan for a pick-​up time that worked for me. When I saw my car, I seriously couldn’t believe it (I’m sure there was an inappropriate $hit or two that came out of my mouth). The Alpha crew did an unbelievable job! It was as if I had a whole new car, not just the new car smell. If I were to sell my car, I’m confident I would get an extra $ 1k just by how it looked. Thankfully, I’ll bask in the delicious clean all to myself. When I got home, my roommates even commented on how amazing it looked.
Clearly, I highly recommend Alpha’s Auto Detail. Not having known about them and using Unilocal as part of my research, I couldn’t be more happy with how good the service was, the integrity of their crew, and the customer focus they each had. Thanks to the Alpha crew for my «new car»!

These guys are amazing! I asked them just to do the interior. They did and it was like factory new! They did the outside as well no extra charge and did the whole job for less than they quoted me. I’ll definitely be back and tell everyone I know these are THE guys to see. Tip them, they deserve it.

I have had Alpha detail my 2012 Subaru Outback a few times now. The car is fairly new but it was important to me to protect my investment by keeping a good coat of wax on it. When I get it back from Alpha, the car looks as good as the day I picked it up from the dealer. At first I was worried about swirl marks being left by the detail job, because other detailers are known for doing this. Like I said, Alpha made my car look perfect and there were no swirl marks to be seen.
