Bill is great! He came out and did a full inspection, got rid of the carpenter bees in my house, took care of some pavement ants, and did it all for free! Thanks Bill!

The afternoon that I reached into my full sink of soapy water and pulled out a dead mouse was the day I fired my sweet husband as Chief Mouse Patrol! I looked on Unilocal and Angie’s List and called Summit Pest Management. Morgan came within 48 hours and gave us a thorough report on the hotel conditions at our Grand Hotel! He placed pet safe traps under the house and all around the house and will come back in 2 weeks to check on how many of our guests have «checked out»…Very good attention to detail and knowledgeable and not trying to sell me things that I don’t need. I highly recommend them!

I learned the hard way (twice) that you NEED to have good pest control folks as a homeowner. Bill and Morgan literally saved our family when we had a rat invasion, and then again from a family of 5 raccoons a few years later! They are always pleasant, respectful of my home and property, and very clean. I know exactly what they’re going to do before they do it, and they have a good sense about targeting the problem, not just poisoning everything in sight like a previous company I had tried. They’ve been my regular ant spray guys for 6 years and counting, and I highly recommend them for ANY pest problem you may have. Also great for home inspections so you know what you’re moving into– I wish I had done that!

I was so happy to have used Summit Pest Management. I had a horrible smell coming up from under the house. I didn’t want to know what was under there and almost sent my 17 yr. old under to look. I am so glad I didn’t. Morgan came out and was very informative. He told me what he thought it might be and I decided Morgan could have the job of looking. Luckily the critter was right there when we lifted up the hatch to go under the house. It was a 30 lb. dead raccoon! Morgan was very professional. He was wearing protective gear and went down there and bagged up the critter. He sprinkled baking soda all around the place the raccoon was. He then repaired the vent screens that were loose and the one the raccoon had pushed out.

So we just bought our first house, and noticed right after we moved in that the previous owners had left us fleas. They had a couple dogs and cats and obviously didn’t treat them at all. Not the greatest moving in gift we have ever received. Anyways we called Summit and Debbie was very helpful in answering all the questions I had and scheduled an appointment for the next day.
The technicians were on time, very polite, explained everything they do (which was very informative and helpful), and very professional. All those factors would make me comfortable referring this company to anyone. They give a 90 day guarantee which is very helpful considering it’s no guarantee to get rid of fleas on one treatment. Also they honored my $ 25 coupon for new customers even though I forgot to bring it. (stupid me I could have shown it to him on my smart phone).
Overall very professional and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

No one likes to find mice (remnants) in their house… especially with small kids crawling around and eating who knows what from who knows where. Within 2 hours of my initial call, Morgan was at our front door setting traps and quickly helping with our pest-​y problem. Now, are the mice completely gone. Not quite yet but apparently, we were hosting a small country’s worth in our crawl space. Morgan has been back twice since our initial visit, and we’re all hopeful that our friends will find a new home soon.

Bill and his crew (Morgan and Gabe) are both extremely knowledgable and professional. We came to them over a year ago when we were concerned about a potential mouse problem. Through the year we have had them come visit us for a bird trapped in our wall :(, a strange smell from a downstairs closet, ants, and finally wasps! (That’s what you get for living near a forest).
In every case, the team has been patient and thorough. We’re on a quarterly check schedule now and that has been the best investment. We also appreciate that they minimize the amount of products whenever possible, since we live in a neighborhood with lots of pets and natural critters.
Finally, Bill and his team really are out to do the best job possible — always going the extra «mile». Case in point, on Thursday evening we had a single wasp in our house. Bill came by, checked it out, and said they would try to take care of it as soon as they could. By Saturday morning, Morgan had come out, worked on the wasp nests (!) in our roof — only in spots to minimize any treatment. Tuesday morning, the office calls and says they won’t charge us for the visit, even though that’s not part of their regular service contract with us… saved us over $ 150!

Casa de Brian I., constructed in September 2010, has a mouse issue, it turns out. Now, that’s not the original assumption I had; I thought it was birds. I’ve got 34 (!) attic vents under the eaves of the house, and both Mrs. Brian I. and myself were certain that some starlings had broken through the rather flimsy mesh that our builder installed. We’d heard scratching noises on the 2^nd floor, above the master bathroom on 3 – 4 occasions, and wanted to get it taken care of sooner rather than later.
Well, it turns out that it’s not birds, but mice. Bill with Summit was able to rather easily make this determination and educate me throughout the process. Turns out there isn’t typically any scratching associated with starling infestation, but rather a persistent pounding as they try to break through the wire mesh of attic vents. Couple that with the fact that all the mesh on my vents are intact (He reviewed all of them ~25 feet up the side of the house) and that points to mice. A reasonable fee and a short amount of time later, and, without going into detail, you could say that both my crawlspace and attic are no longer hospitable to mice.
I was able to secure an appointment with Bill the NEXT day after placing an initial call to their office. Bill is an affable guy; knowledgeable and respectful. He was even kind enough to point out a few areas of my home that could use some attention/​improvement. I am distinctly grateful that he didn’t see fit to overcharge for services that are unnecessary at this time. Even better — if it turns out that my attic vents do need reinforcement, he offered to credit me the amount that I’d paid toward the mouse extermination. Excellent!

I’ve been using this service for a number of years (6) now (Formerly Pacific Structural, I believe). Bill & Company have done nothing but floor me with their service from Day 1. It started with raccoons in the dirt cellar (mama decided to have her litter down there). I wanted to make sure they were captured and set free elsewhere. If you know anything at all about a mama raccoon and her babes, you already know a few things:
No, she is NOT happy to let you visit her babies.
Yes, they do EVERYTHING very close to their nest. You cannot imagine the smell (Think shit and ammonia. Now multiply it x10 and you’re still not even close).
Yes, they will tear up whatever they can find to make their nest more comfy.
No, kits (babies) are not especially cuddly in their natural environment, despite what you may have seen on Animal Planet or Johnny Carson (But they seem to like cold pizza… go figure).
Long story slightly shorter; Not only did they deliver on their promise to trap and release all the raccoons, they also went under the house, cleaned up and repaired all the damage.
Since then, we’ve had ants and other assorted bug issues, as well as birds in the attic (the toys in the attic are beyond even their abilities). Their prices are reasonable and, many times, the only way you even know they were there is by the card they’ve left behind (and the noticeable absence of whatever it was that prompted the call in the first place).
From the first time we contacted him, Bill (the owner) has gone above and beyond. He is honest, conscientious and works his ass off for his clients.
Do NOT hesitate to give these guys a call should you have a pest issue that requires assistance. You will regret doing otherwise.
