Used this company to take care of an ant and rat problem at my house. Michael was very helpful and took care of my problems in just a few visits. Now we will use him at the office whenever something goes wrong. Thanks for your professionalism and knowledge.

Worst Company I have ever had to deal with in my professional life. I am only giving them one star, simply because there isn’t an option to not give them any. Technician originally came to do a maintenance spray back in August after their company merged with Green Choice Pest Control (I loved them). He didn’t know anything about the different formulas that the company uses and ended up spraying the INTERIOR of my store with exterior TOXIC product. Next day it left a disgusting milky residue on my gorgeous stained concrete floors. I summoned them to come back and clean it up, which they did do — in a timely manner. There was never an option for them to come back and re-​spray or correct their mistake. They simply cleaned it up and charged me the full amount for the service — even when I only got an exterior spray and the interior spray job that they done was useless because they came back and wiped it all up. It is now November — I haven’t used them again and I am still dealing with this unpaid invoice. I chatted with an account manager today — who was less than pleasant to deal with regarding this issue and basically refused to offer me the partial payment as an option because they came out and the service was completed, even though it was completed incorrectly and ultimately was wiped away the next day. This service manager was trying to tell me that the technician did his job correctly and that I informed HIM to put the toxic spray in my store… Ha! I was baffled. Needless to say he finally agreed to let me pay for the partial amount because they did spray outside and that was done correctly. This manager & this company do not have principles, they are just about cashing in. No customer shouldn’t have to pay for ill-​trained technicians mistakes. I wish I could speak directly to the owners of this company. They need to be informed how their employees treat their customers. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER.

Awesome company! We moved in to a new house and found it had bed bugs — a deep infestation. After weighing the options and getting five estimates, we decided to go with heat treating and picked Eden.
They took two days to do the job (big house), but did a great job. VERY knowledgeable and professional — also 22% less than the nearest competitor. Completely satisfied and then some with the service and 100% guarantee. Technicians Joe and Roger handled the house very professionally, and I shouldn’t have to say this, but there were 1,000’s of dollars in gems and jewelry out in the open and they didn’t touch a thing. Kudos to Eden!
UPDATE: Well, the second night after the treatment I started getting bitten again! Argh! So I called Eden. It was Monday. On Wednesday they had the supervisor come from Portland. After a long search, they found live bed bugs. Even though they are booked a month in advance, they authorized OT to bring the truck/​generator/​heaters down from Portland (300 miles) on the weekend and recook the house.
Plus, they threw in $ 100’s of dollars worth of bed bug proof mattress covers as an apology for not getting them the first time!
So far, I am three days without a bite.

Excellent service. I would recommend this company to anyone that had pest issues. We called a few different companies out and found this one to be the most knowledgeable, honest, and helpful.

Had an appointment set for 9am. When no one had called or arrived by 9:30am I called to get an update. They said the inspector would call soon with an ETA. No one ever called back. By 11am I still hadn’t heard anything. I called and cancelled the appointment.
They called to apologize later that day. Offered a slight discount and agreed to come out the next day to inspect.

Other than my first encounter they’ve had pretty good communication. They came out and did the job yesterday morning, knocking $ 25 off for the earlier trouble. Job appears to be done well.
