First of all, I just want to say that Nancy’s passion for grooming and dogs/​cats in general is astounding. Her love for animals shines through in her work and I have never been a dissatisfied customer. She’s fast, efficient, and I never have to worry about the quality of her grooms.
In addition to her passion for grooming and animals, Nancy is incredibly friendly and has some of the best customer service skills I’ve seen in the city of Portland. She’s attentive to the needs of her human customers but also isn’t afraid to make aesthetic suggestions regarding the looks of my dogs. Even when I can’t get in to see her for a couple months, my dogs continue to look amazing. The grow out on my dog is bearable because she did such an amazing job on the grooming.
I recommend to ANYONE to take your dogs or cats to see Nancy. She’s truly the best and one-​of-​a-​kind.
