I came in starving. I ordered these breadsticks and salad bar. The salad bar was a shame. Nothing is there but lettuce that has been clearly frozen and 4 bins of croutons. Some salad dressing and marked up vegetables. The breadsticks took about 30 mins to get them. They are always good so I love them here. I asked for water and it came in a dirty glass so I didn’t drink it. This place used to be great and full of people now it’s dirty and smells like feet. They need to replace the carpets, bathrooms needs a great clean and the booths need to be replaced. I was the third person in here. You can hear the staff rap and talk in the kitchen. I will order take out next time.

Took 39 mins to get the pizza. After waiting 20 mins, the waitress and Manager were scrambling to find the order. I was told that they did not get the online order. I showed them in their computer screen that it is listed as number 3. This place is pathetic. Staff knows nothing. This is my 3rd bad experience in 3 weeks. If it’s not for my kids (who love the pathetic so called pizza from Pizzahut, I would never ever put a sight on this location).

My only complaint about this place is the fact that they don’t deliver. Not even to that apartment complex they have in the back o the shopping lot. I never ate inside so I can’t review that but I took out some pizza and it was like any other Pizza Hut, good.

Highland, NY
So I must not understand how to be a restaurant owner or waitress. So they have garlic bread pizzas 9 pieces of bread, severed individually. My wife didn’t want a topping. That’s not possible even though the would have to put the toppings on by hand on each individual piece.
So that’s either the worse rules and/​or the laziest staff. Given their pleasant attitude I’ll go with the staff and their inability to use common sense. And I have the feeling I’m getting my food spit on given the dirty look I got. Of course when I tried to explain half of 9 being 4 and 5 I got «we can only do have» I was very perplexed.
