Carpet Country Flooring

Found the Stainmaster carpet & color I was looking for and they threw in an thicker carpet pad too boot. They bent over backward to hit my tight window to get the carpet installed after escrow closed and before I moved into my new house. Escrow closed on my house and the same day I was literally moving in on top of the installers. They did a great job ripping the crappy old carpet out and installing the plush Stainmaster.

We had purchased laminate, carpet and tile for our entire house here years ago and had a wonderful experience. Price, installation and customer service were top notch. We had even referred friends here who used them. Fast forward to present day. Price for only a portion of our new home was so high it was ridiculous. For similar flooring we found it for nearly $ 2,000 less elsewhere. They claimed they were giving us a good price and didn’t budge on the proposal. We would give zero stars for customer service as they never followed up and had an attitude. Mind you the original person we worked with was no longer there.

I had planned to use CC for a master bath remodel. One of the employees, Susan, was assisting me. I sent my tile guy down to the store and was told that the store would not sell him the tile. I had had a conflict with her as she was very difficult to work with in that she doesn’t work «with» the customer. It should be a collaboration, but rather it becomes contentious when you do not choose something she likes. I then called the store manager and explained the situation and asked if they would still sell me the tile. I was told by Omar, who was very polite and professional that they would. However, when my contractor went to pick up the tile, he was refused the sale. No explanation was given. I felt like this was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation… i am th customer and was treated unprofessionally by Susan. I had heard good things previously about CC, so I was surprised.

I have purchased multiple flooring and window coverings over the past five years from Carpet Country. Today I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Staff remember me and I feel like family. They have solved my problems when unsure as to which product will meet my family needs. I have attempted (once) to cut cost corners and buy carpet at a wholesale house only to replace it within one year.
I have recommended Carpet Country to others who have relayed their thanks back for the quality of product, service and installation they received.

Carpet Country did an awesome job of installing new hardwood floors, carpet and tile in our home. It was excellent working with our project manager Omar.
