I want to start off by saying that Wurts Carpet Outlet gets an «A» for service! I am very pleased with the service this company provided at my home. I have new hardwood floor and the guys who put it in not only where the best but very professional and did the best job ever! I am so proud of how my home looks now! I highly recommend Wurts Carpet Outlet for any hardwood floor needs! I also wanted to add that Nick, the owner is a great guy!

We purchased new flooring for our entire house from Wurts Carpet Outlet this fall. My wife wanted to do a make over of our 15 year old, cheap builder-​supplied carpet and tile, and update the look and the quality of our flooring. I gave her a budget and she went to work contacting several flooring companies. Steve, from Wurts, made a sincere effort to get our business and work within our budget. He personally came to our home and measured and showed us the challenges involved in removing our current wood, tile and carpeting. As a result of this initial visit, his estimate was accurate and helped to avoid any surprises once the demolition started. We selected new carpeting for the bedrooms, tile for bathrooms and laundry room, and a high quality laminate flooring for the rest of the house. His crew of two brothers, Guillermo and Carlos, went to work demo-​ing and prepping the floors in a manner that kept the dust down to a minimum. I was very impressed by their attention to detail during the installation process, and this was reflected in the final result. They were extremely considerate, very clean and overall just great to work with. Our project was estimated to take 3 weeks and they came out every day, but Sundays, and finished on time and on budget. Our home looks great! I obviously would highly recommend this company.

We purchased wool carpet from Wurts and had it installed by them about 5 months ago. I keep thinking about what a great experience it was and it reminded me to go back to write a review. First of all, when I went in there to look, I met Nick. He knows carpet. He was not pushy and he gave me good advice. I wanted to think it over for a while. I called him and asked him a question and he ordered and dropped off a sample to my house. This is before I even decided to order with them. We decided it was the carpet we wanted and ordered it. They got the carpet in and held it in their warehouse for at least a month. I have had other places tell me there is a charge to hold it. They also hauled the old carpet away for free and another place wanted to charge me $ 75. Now to the installers. It was a father and son and another relative. They were extremely polite, experienced and cared about their work. They did an excellent job on a threshold issue we have and twice in the past Coles had done the threshold sloppily. Then the lead installer came back about 4 days later because he wanted to be very specific about another threshold and he had to cut a piece of wood. And during the install, Nick stopped by to make sure everything was going well. Thanks, Wurts! Great experience.
