Worst Dunkin ever. I have a place about a mile from here and unfortunately this Dunkin’ Donuts is very convenient. But the service is absolutely horrible this morning I ordered a hot latte a bagel with cream cheese on the side and a chocolate covered donut and they managed to screw up all three things. This is why pushing minimum wage to $ 15 is ridiculous if you can’t get an order like this right, You shouldn’t even be making five.

Ordered a pumpkin spice hot coffee. Employee tries to hand me a iced coffee. Tell him u just rang it up as a hot. He remakes it. Wrong. 3^rd attempt i dont even get splenda in it. Like come on. No im sorries or thank you have a good day. And this aint the first time ive had issues. Last time i walked out after waiting over 10 minutes w no one in the store when the same employee couldnt make a sandwich for the drive thru. Took him 3 attempts. This manager needs to find at least some competent help

My boyfriend and I stopped in here this morning on our way back home from a trip to Foxwoods. Tired, we were delighted to be greeted by such a warm smile from Louise. The food and cleanliness were not above and beyond any other DD I’ve been to, but I left happy to have stopped there. The rest of the staff was also full of smiles and friendly!
