They attached tags to my clothes with STAPLES, which left visible holes in my $ 900 pleated Vivienne Westwood dress and $ 70 Lilly Pulitzer shorts. On the dress, the holes are very noticeable, right at the bust.
They flattened out the pleats at the bottom of the dress, and when I pointed it out to the woman that works there she laughed in my face.
They were unable to remove a small coffee stain from the shorts. It seems unbelievable, but I doubt that they even tried to dry cleaned them. Maybe just stapled a tag on the dirty shorts, and put them on a hanger.
