Mmmm… Chick-Fil-A What can I not say that is great about this place. The food is amazing and is always a must have. The staff at this location were extremely friendly even though it was packed which is always nice. It’s also nice that they bring your food to your table which helps especially when your dinning with a little one. My only complaint is that they are closed on Sunday, but I guess that adds to the experience. Writing this, I want a chicken sandwich and think I am going to go right now. Mmmm… Chick-Fil-A

After having an unpleasant experience a few months ago, Chik-fil-A made good on their promise and sent me two gift cards in the mail.(Granted, it took some time and me calling them to ask about it, but that could have very well been an issue with the mail.) They also called to ensure that I received the gift cards, which speaks highly of their customer service. I’m glad that they made things right, as I very much enjoy the food!

We stopped in on Friday night for dinner. Being over 70 years old I ask the cashier if they had a Senior discount as their main web site states the following– Discount: Each Chick-fil-A restaurant is independently owned and operated and the senior discount can vary by location. Most locations provide a free small drink or coffee with purchase or a 10% discount. Age Requirement: 50+ The cashier was very nice and told me she did not know about any Senior discount but she would go and check. Upon returning I was told that the Quakertown Chick-fil-A DOESNOT have any kind of Senior discount. The main web site does state that each store is independently owned and operated so I will find a Chick-fil-A that will give me at least a small drink for my business. I will add that I was in this store on other occasions and while eating the help would stop by and ask if you would like a FREEREFILL of your drinks ?? Seems odd that this location will give FREEREFILLS, on a large drinks, but will not give a small drink to a Senior ??? or is it just me ?? I guess the independent owner of the Quakertown location doesn’t care about the Senior citizens that, USEDTO, patronize their business? I will make sure that all my Senior friends that live in the Upper Bucks County area, and I have many, know that there is no discount at this location so they can make up their own minds if they want to eat at the Quakertown Chick-fil-A. Even McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Burger King give a free drink or 10% off entire bill, COMEONMAN,

Good, clean location, very friendly staff, and very efficient. Food was delicious! My first time here and I was impressed. Chicken was cooked perfectly and you don’t feel that gross feeling afterwards like you typically do with other fast food places. Not open on Sundays and closes at 10 I believe :)

Located on 309 headed southbound. I love CFA. I do. Great«fast food» that you don’t have to feel horribly guilty about eating. Super busy location BUT — they move quick here. Awesome, awesome service. Very friendly. The girl even apologized for the wait(which was about 5 minutes) when she brought us our food. So good and dependable and CHEAP! $ 12 for lunch. Score.

Worst chick-fil-a experience I’ve had. All of the hot sauce packets contained a clear juice, associate told me it was a bad batch, ok… Fine, I’ll deal with that. Grilled nuggets were soft and slimey, associate told me that’s the way grilled is, ok, fine… another customer complained about the music, I think they were playing Beethoven, associate told her the owner can play whatever they want to play, ok, fine. I’m giving this 2 stars because the employees were very polite. Me not ever going to this location again ok, fine.

I love Chick-Fil-A and this location did not disappoint. The food, of course, was great, and this location had exceptionally good service. The tables were not as clean as I would like when we came in, but they weren’t visibly dirty in any way, just a little sticky/gritty in places.

This location is a neverending madhouse. Day and night it is packed wall to wall with screaming children and oblivious parents. It’s about entirely impossible to sit down in the restaurant most hours even if you could handle the simultaneous shrieking meltdowns of 3 dozen young children while you«enjoy» your meal. I’ve had more relaxing meals at Chuckie Cheese. This restaurant is a poor choice for a quick bite on a lunch break unless you use the drive through window or take your food to go.

This is the best Chick-Fil-A I ate at. My food was very fresh and hot. And the customer service was great.

All chains are not created equal. The service here is unbelievable. They bring your food to your table at times, and the food comes out fast with a smile. Fast food here puts some sit down restaurants to shame. I come usually for lunch and the food is hot and tasty consistently.

I was traveling home from a day with the family, and needed to stop for gas so I pulled into a WaWa, low and behold, what is right next door a Chick-Fil-A. My cousin who i just visited in Vegas told me this was her favorite fast food restaurant. So I was what the hell let’s give it a try. I haven’t had Chick-Fil-A in a couple of year’s. The one we had locally closed a couple of years ago. It was in the local mall. I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered the basic chicken sandwich, chicken breast on a buttered bun with pickles. The chicken was very lightly breaded, and moist. Yummy! I forgot how good there lemonade was, not to sweet. Very clean stand alone store with fast friendly service. They ask your name when they take your order, and call you when it is ready. Fully stocked condiment bar. They have Purell wipes and mints. If your traveling with kids they have one of those play area’s for them. If you want to stop for fast food Chick-Fil-A is the way to go!

I love me some Chick-Fil-A. The cow commercials are great but the food is even better. I like to get the original chicken/biscuit sandwich. It’s so basic and so tasty. This particular Chick-Fil-A has a kids play center which is good for those who want to let the kiddos run around and burn off some energy. Randomly, the kids play center is for kids UNDER3 years old. But I don’t think they’ll kick anyone out for letting their 5 year old play on the slide. There are no Chick-Fil-A’s in my neighborhood which is one of the few bonuses of traveling to PA to visit my in-laws. I’m a fan!

If you’re here to write a review on the political/religious beliefs of a restaurant you’re doing Unilocal wrong. L2 Unilocal. This restaurant in particular is always clean, friendly, and the food is delicious. I always get emails from them with different community events that they offer at their restaurant. From what I understand, this is one of the more healthy fast food restaurants that you can dine at, and I must say I’d have to stand by this claim because I have never had that sick feeling after eating their food. The milkshakes are amazing, cookies and cream all the way. My friend is a big fan of the cheese dipping sauce, he could literally drink it with a straw. The place always seems to be packed, and I really must reiterate how polite the staff is. I can’t think of many other fast food chains that reply in such ways as «my pleasure» when thanking them. *This review is based purely on the level of food and service that I receive whenever I eat here, and is not driven by any political or religious motives.*(The way ALL Unilocal reviews should be)

My my I do love me some good ol’ Christian chicken. This Chick-Fil-A is usually an A+ experience across the board. The staff is super accommodating. The store is always clean. They have a very small. but nice, play area for children. There are always promotions happening like Daddy-Daughter date night, free face painting, free kids meals on Tuesdays, etc. Plenty of parking here which is good because the place is always busy. And naturally don’t forget, no Sunday hours.

I LOVECHICK-FIL-A! always loved and will always love it. You know you can always depend on them to serve great quality food. The only thing that could ever possibly change is the staff attitude. They are super friendly, but once in every while, you run into the one person who just is having a bad day and lets everyone know.

My wife and I frequent Chick-Fil-A’s in the area and I can say that while the Chick-Fil-A experience is ok here, the owners and managers don’t get it. We frequently visit the one in Trexlertown and L O V E it! Great food, friendly service — top notch. This one, not so much. It’s like McDonalds only cleaner. The food was decent enough, except we have a child who is allergic to gluten. So, Chick-Fil-A is one of the few fast food places she can go. The CFA’s in Whitehall and Trexlertown are more than happy to make her grilled chicken nuggets so she can eat the same thing everyone else is – NOTTHISONE. They simply said, «we can’t do that». So I called a manager over, explained that other CFA’s do it and he said no. We also routinely get my one son a kids meal with a chicken sandwich and get charged for a 6 piece kids meal. But couldn’t do that at Quakertown either, they said no. So, we got her a grilled chicken sandwich(no kids meal!!) and cut it up. All in all, I recognize that we ask for a lot when we go out but this is the only Chick-Fil-A we’ve been to that has not done these things for us. We will never go back.
