It’s ok for airport location. Coffee was not as flavorful as other Starbucks. I thought they were all the same beans and standard? I guess not. Long line, expensive, lower quality. What’s there to like? Lol. May be I am being to critical.

Staff was friendly and working hard, but someone in charge is not paying attention. I paid $ 4.20 for a $ 4.00 chai latte, and the only explanation from the cashier was that the price board hasn’t been updated. Then when I got seated about five gates away, I realized that I got some guy named Amir’s drink. It may be the same drink that I ordered, but I’m not sure. Amir got gyped cuz I ordered a smaller size. I blame only the manager for the price mix up.

I remember the days when there was no Starbucks in T5, so I’m really grateful that we have one now. I also remember the days when they didn’t accept/honor/recognize my Starbucks gold card, BUTNOWTHEYDO. Praise Jesus. In my experience there has always been a long line, so I allot a solid 15 – 20 minutes(if I’m not running to my gate) but if you haven’t got the time or patience, there’s an illy coffee bar somewhere else in this magnificent terminal(I want to say it’s in Gates 8 – 21???) Happy caffeinated travels!

I usually end up here around 5:30 or 6am after a red-eye flight has landed at JFK. Even then, the line can be fairly long… and while I’m sure they’re just trying to get everyone’s orders done, well, there’s pretty much always a group of people trying to pack in as tightly as possible to get close to the small counter space where they leave completed drinks. I’ve never really had an especially friendly member of the staff here either, but whatever… I’m just trying to get caffeine into my system so that I can make my connecting flights without passing out at the gate area first. No real issues with my drink orders, but it’s never going to be the best order of coffee either. It’s an average experience all around.

Staff here are very friendly, especially relieving for the weary traveler I was stumbling in last weekend. Coffee and pastries were finished efficiently, done well(not the disappointing job the Sbux in the AA terminal seems to frequently eke out). Would come again, even if they weren’t the only open option for coffee and pastries at 4PM in the terminal. Also, they accept the Sbux rewards card from the app here! One more drink closer to the next star. Seating is basically nonexistent here, although I suppose you could go anywhere else in the terminal for that. It also came out a bit pricier than my normal order, although I only noticed later and haven’t determined which exactly was the root.

Super busy Starbucks at JetBlue terminal 5. The staff was fast getting everyone through the line. My order was correct, but the cinnamon twist was ice cold. The staff was not very friendly either.
