I was helped by the store manager Kenneth who went above what my family and i were expecting. He helped us choose a plan and phones for the familly, and assisted us with any questions we had. He also came in on his day off just to make sure that our phones we had ordered where in and set up for us when we arrived.

Horrible store. No active displays, employee was rude and was not at all helpful. I am not spending hundreds of dollars with no displays to try the products and employees who can’t tell you the features or compare products. They also assume all who come in the door are thieves. They have no working displays because of theft.

I do not live in Boston anymore but was in town recently and had to make an emergency pit stop at GoWireless. I was pleasantly surprised by all the employees in this store. They took their time to go over the issues I was having with my phone, were very patient in answering all my questions and even gave me some tips on specific settings that I should set on my phone. I don’t consider myself a techy person and was embarrassed to ask some of my questions but the two employees that were helping me were very professional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely be suggesting this store to friends that live in the area and are in need of new phones and/or tech support.

I won’t go back here, it’s simply not worth it. They treated me like an idiot, and made me feel less worthy of their time because I don’t want to switch into a smart phone. It was the manager I dealt with and he lied to me stating that there were no free or nearly free phone options anymore. False. He also simply didn’t seem to care at all that I was there and then I received a fat bill the following month which I was not explained to me when I was there… Never going back there for anything.

I bought a phone here on Friday and was told I had 30 days to return it no questions asked. I decided two days later to go with an IPhone instead of the Andriod I was pressured into buying. They wanted to charge me a $ 50 restocking fee! I was never told this at all! I returned the phone and went to the real Verizon store. The woman was extremely rude and the man who sold me the phone 24 hours before was in the store and didn’t even acknowledge me. I would never go back there again!

2 guys in their early 20s or so working were extremely rude and talked down to me and barely answered any of my questions. They responded with brief answers like«go online» which was aggravating and frustrating. If you want to deal with mature sales people, go somewhere else. The employees are very unprofessional. –I originally gave this 1 star but the owner of the store responded to my concerns in a very helpful and professional manner. He clearly cares very much about his store and because of this, I think the store deserves an update.
