This is a review of the service at this store. This is not a review of the mens clothing, since Unilocal doesn’t allow for negative stars.
I went into this store looking for the J Crew Laundres Cuff & Collar soap. I was greated quickly and informed they do not carry that product in the store, but could get it. Within minutes they had the product ordered on the phone and shipping was free (for a $ 7 product) and delivered to my door. Within moments of the order I received a confirmation email. Most places wouldn’t take the time to get a small item.

I love the clean lines of J. Crew’s clothes, if not always the price tag. The staff is friendly but unobtrusive. It’s smaller than the one at Streets of Southpoint.
I am definitely not a thrift-​store kind of girl — I don’t like digging through racks of unorganized stuff. I much prefer when things are laid out for me and I can see everything at a quick glance. J. Crew delivers.
Also, they always offer a 10% discount for students, though they may forget to ask for your ID.
