Living in North Raleigh we see Spencer Property signs throughout the area, which to me is always a good sign that the Agent or Office is doing something right. When we moved down here we originally looked at Cary so we did not know of this office and so we did not use them, but living here the past 18 months I can say when a friend wanted to move down here we recommended Spencer and it has worked out great.
The Agents are knowledgable about the inventory in the area, and what the pluses and minuses are certain areas depending on what you are looking for.
Our friend had a house in less then a week and with the help of The Spencer Team won a multiple contract negotiation and will soon be moving into her new home.

I can only review the property management aspect of the business, but this is a great team of individuals who make sure you and your tenants are happy. They do quarterly inspections of your property to make sure it’s being maintained. I live about an hour from my rental, so it’s nice to not have to even think about the property or the tenants since Spencer Properties does all the work for me.

The team at Jennifer Spencer Properties are amazing! Amber helped us stage and prepare for going on the market, which in turn got us three offers in three days! Lisa handled the bargaining process, and gave excellent advice. We had a fourth on the way when we signed! This experience has been a great one and we are very appreciative of all of their hard work. Each member of the team has a specialization that allows for experts on each level of the selling/buying process. We also had a wonderful time finding a new home as well with Spencer Properties, Misha was amazing in helping us find a dream home in our budget! Now we are working with Dennis to close up the deals and he is watching out for every detail.
