Excellent experience! We are from out of town and needed to get a refill. We stopped at this Rite Aid. The pharmacist was very willing to help us. Our waited time was ten minutes. Excellent experience.

Horrible customer service. Would not ever go back to this location. Item I was trying to purchase was busted open, so Clerk told me to go get another item. I walk to the back of the store and got a new item. Then the items did not ring up on sale, so clerk told me that she would call the manager to get the price adjusted. Then she said she did not know what the price was and sent me to the back of the store again. As I was walking up I heard the manager tell her not to give me the sale price. Something about I needed a certain number of points on my rite aid card. Then manager came over and pretended like he was going to give me the price, and then he said he wouldn’t. Price difference was about a dollar, so not really a big deal. Just very poor customer service. Don’t go there. Now I remember why I converted to Walgreens.
