Update: They did finally show up and fix my garage door opener, which needed replacing under warranty. Very friendly service. Only problems were the length of time for them to get there and their unresponsiveness to phone calls. My builder did finally get them to come back. Took 3 weeks in total. I’d say they do nice work, a bit slow on responding to service requests.

Poor service after the sale. Or actually no service after the sale. I’ve been waiting 15 days for a warranty repair on my garage door opener. I contacted them daily, they did return one call and set up an appointment. But they didn’t show up.
