Worst place ever! We were staying in Rancho close by and were out of the area. We knew we wanted pizza so we called and asked if we could have a specific pizza made close to their closing time. The girl was nice on the phone and said yes our pizza would be ready right before 10PM. We showed up at 9:45 all employees had their purses and were just waiting for time to pass sitting in the waiting area. When we said we called one girl said«oh yeah we tried to call you. We ran out of cheese.» A complete lie since one she didn’t ask for my number and two my phone did not ring nor did I have a voicemail. Obviously the staff did not care and just decided to milk the clock.

I’m so disappointed with this location. I should have learned my lesson buying anything from this franchise. I’m so tired of getting pizza from this location that is so over cooked, that the top of the pizza is completely burnt brown. When you bite into this pizza it crumbles like a cracker. I’ve thrown several pizzas away already and now it’s time to say something. I called the place back this time and as if they don’t believe me they want me to go into my garbage and bring the pizza back with my receipt. This is procedure that the franchise owner relays to their employees? Why do I have to lie? I’m out the 8 or 9 bucks, whatever it was but obviously the person who packed the pizza saw how it looked. If they don’t know any better then they obviously don’t care about the product their pushing out. What went through their head? They obviously didn’t care about the quality and was more worried about not having to throw it out, so just give it to our customers and hope they don’t complain? What did they give me? Did they already have this pizza made and to save time they re-warmed it? BS! I will continue to buy from this place and I will continue to just take pictures and throw it away. Screw the money, what’s right is right! I have a formal complaint to their corporate regarding this location. I wouldn’t want a refund from this place if they pushed it on me.

I’ve witnessed an employee point out that a customer’s card didn’t match their ID and still accepted the payment on another trip here. And today was my last straw. I watched two employees switch between cashier and working the oven/boxing area. They were not washing their hands after handling cash/credit cards. Disgusting. Watch the hands that prep your food…

Staff is nice, but pizza is rarely made right. Hot n ready pepperoni is either always so greasy the box is about to break, pizza bubbled and wasn’t popped until it came out(meaning zero toppings for me), or pizza is under cooked so badly you can’t eat the pizza. Maybe just my luck, but I give up on this place.

We thought we’d give these guys one last shot and low and behold they failed once more. My deep dish was half cooked and filled with raw dough again. Unfortunately it’s the only Little Ceasar’s in the area. I mean come on how hard is it to make sure that the product you make is fully cooked. I’m down grading them from 2 stars to –5 stars.

«Hot and Ready Pizza»??? WTF-!! It should be called, «Hot and BREADY, Pizza». You’re just paying for a huge hunk of dough with some cheese and tomato sauce sprinkled on the top-! Total Ripoff-! People… this is WHY their pizza is so cheap!

Quick, efficient service. Pizza for $ 5-$ 10’each. A smile on my family’s face when I show up with dinner on my way home from work. What’s not to like? It’s always tast and we just do a salad at home with the pizza. It’s easy to call ahead for special orders and it’s always ready when we arrive.

I love the deep dish pizza they have, generally I’m stuffed after 2 slices. The pizza is only good when it is hot, with melty cheese. I came here recently and unknowingly left with a kinda warm pizza, the cheese was already solid. I expect it to be hot, next time I will make sure before I leave. I’m giving them 4 stars because this is the first time it happened.

The food here tastes like garbage. They crank them out like an assembly line. The pepperoni and sausage is bland. Get a pizza for $ 5? Ya, they are cutting and major corners to get that price point. This stuff is not worth it even in a pinch.

The 3 stars is because the wings were surprisingly great! Hot and Ready… not really we waited for 30 minutes for our wings and pizza.

Pizza isn’t so grand but for $ 6 for a large you don’t expect too much. A burnt pizza is not a pizza to me. Countless times I have seen burnt ones. I now go to dominos on sunrise and a dollar more is well worth it!

Come here to save a few bucks. All though the prices have gone up a bit, I feel like it’s a good trade since the quality seems better now too. They have some good deals now too. The people working are always very nice and helpful too.

Only get the $ 6 pepperoni and you will be good. The combination is a joke and too much money. The hot n ready tastes just as good as any pizza that’s $ 15. Its ok the next day, other pizzas may be better for leftovers. For just pepperoni I will always go here.

I have come here several times to deliver on my side of the bet(I lost a bet to my bf) and was pleasantly surprised at the niceness and friendly attitude if the girl working the counter. She was knowledgable, friendly and patient as I dug through my purse for change. She even told me a few horror stories about less than nice customers that would sit and laugh at her when they dumped a jar full of change at her(to pay for their 6.00 pizza). I think she did a great job, that time and every other time I’ve been in there.

I know Little Caesar’s is known as the, «Poor man’s pizza place,» since you can get a pipping hot Pepperoni pizza for just $ 5 but seriously, I grew up on Little Caesar’s pizza and their crazy bread with dipping sauce, and I’ve never been disappointed. Yeah, their pizza is cheaply priced but it’s also greasy, cheesy, and delicious! If you are a fan of pizza, I don’t know how this wouldn’t hit the spot for you. I always either get their garlic chicken pizza with white sauce or their cheese with pineapple pizza. If you want the most amazing experience there ever, get their DEEPDISH pizza! Oh my word … words can’t even describe how incredible it tastes. I also still find their crazy bread one of the best bread sticks around among other pizza places. As for service, I can’t say much because I usually go in and get out with my pizza, and I’ve never felt like I was treated poorly. There was this one chic working there once that was a little ghetto but come on, this place is in the ghetto part of Rancho, so what do you really expect? I just roll with it! Overall, I really like their pizza and while they may not be «fancy» compared to other pizza places, Little Caesar’s more than does it for me.

So I guess I should start out with I frequent this place almost once a week for my 7 year old who loves their pizza. I myself think it’s just okay Sent my sister to take my son there tonight and they came home with a burnt pizza. I was shocked because I’ve never had a problem there. Called them up and was ready for a battle, I mean, come on it’s a $ 5 cheese pizza. The manager was more than accomodating and very apologetic. EWanted to reimburse me with another pizza at my convience. Also wanted to make sure that I have them put xtra cheese on it since it was burnt. Every time I’ve gone there, no matter who was working, was always very nice. This is at the Little Ceasers in Rancho off Zinfandel. Way to go. As always great customer service.

I believe that you get what you pay for. However I would never pay to be treated poorly. Yes the pizza is cheat but the service is horrible. A young girl working at this location was very rude to me and snatched the credit card slip out of my hand. There are a lot of people unemployed yet this company has room for to pay hourly wages to someone who does not need to work in customer service. I’m sure a student would be grateful to have a job. This girl should be fired. I will never return to this location.

This pizza is by no means great or even good. It’s just OK and for kids that don’t know any better, delicious. If you know your pizza then this is an insult to your intelligence. A lot of the times they overcook the cheese and you get a pizza that in a couple of hours does quite the number on all of the victims that ate it. Burnt Little Ceasers Pizza = stomach jolts. Why do I buy it? It makes for the perfect«Drive-In» snack. It’s dirt cheap and only 2 exits away from Bradshaw. 5 bucks per pizza. This is the most I’ve ever gotten for that money(8 big slices). While at the drive-in you will most likely be eating junk so why not have it be cheap junk. It works especially when the cheese is not burnt and there is hunger involved. Then if you are catching a double feature you can swing by the Drive-in store and use the money you have left to buy more expensive«movie junk food.»

Remember back in the day when Little Caesars had those big square pizzas with the square slices? Remember how horrible the pizza was? Well I am getting a little older these days and DO remember how much I HATED Little Skeezers. So when my gf said«Let’s get some Little Caesers, I LOVETHATPLACE»! I almost broke up with her. I gave in and drove over to pick up a pepperoni pizza. Now, this wasn’t earth shattering good, but it wasn’t too disgusting to where I wouldn’t want my dog to touch it. Then the part about the pizza only being $ 5 is actually pretty cool. We have poker parties, UFC fights and get togethers at my house and Little Skeezers has done us good. It actually tastes pretty good once you have about a 6 pack buzz going on. Anyway, if it makes my girl happy, doesn’t taste REAL horrible and is quick/cheap then it is good in my book.
