We had a great experience at dinner here tonight. Our server, Rachel, was excellent! Best service I’ve had in a long time!

I really like the atmosphere and its great service. I come here for a drink on my lunch and the bar is not quite open but they still serve me with pleasure.

My friends invited me there for lunch to celebrate my birthday and we were enjoying ourselves until the waitress brought over the red wine we ordered and spilled it all over my jacket white blouse and skirt. She apologized, cleaned it up from the floor gave me a few napkins to dry me off. We continued with the meal but needless to say I was very uncomfortable and sticky. The bill came, and I assumed that at least my meal would be comped, but no not them, not even my glass of wine was comped. I will never go there again!

Yummy in my tummy! I have never had anything bad here. Being lactose intolherant makes it hard to eat at some places but not here, there is something for everyone! I love their baked chicken! I get an extra couple slices of lemon to drizle on top. Their meat sauce is to die for! I order a side of that and the clam sauce to tip my bread in when I’m waiting for my entres. Desert you have to go with the chocolate cake! My favorite!!! The service is always amazing! I usually sit in Sara D. section and shes amazing. The other waiters I have had are great to! Never had a bad experience! Never have had to wait to long for a table. 3 years of coming here and I love it more and more every time!

Every one of these is great. My first was in Newport Beach in 1976. Now I live in Rancho Cucamonga and it’s the same good reasonably priced food. I ate at one in Whistler village skiing and it was great to and the best priced place there. Keep it up Spagetti Factory. I am approaching 40 years as a fan.

I hadn’t been to an Old Spaghetti Factory in many years. When we realized that there was one off the 15 freeway in Rancho Cucamonga, we had to check it out. I used to eat at our local Spaghetti Factory as a kid so there’s something really nostalgic about this restaurant. Now I finally get to bring my own family here. My son loves all things old, and there’s plenty to see here. My son and I had to check out all the rooms while we waited for our food. The old stained glass windows and antique furniture were lovely. It seemed that the wooden bar, pictures, and cool old light fixtures transformed us back into time. When we got back to our table, our bread and drinks were waiting. The bread was as good as I remembered. It was served hot and had a nice chewy crust with a soft warm center. Although my husband thought his Chicken Parmigiana was just«pretty good», my son and I really enjoyed our meals. We both ordered pasta and thought they were really good. We liked the ambience and service here. We came when it was relatively quiet and were seated at a table quickly. We also thought our meals came out in a reasonable amount of time, and our drinks were refilled often. The staff seemed friendly and helpful. This restaurant reminds me of the Old Spaghetti Factory I went to as a child with my family. It was fun seeing all the old things with my own family. It’s also nice to know the food’s still good, and the service is great! We look forward to going back when we’re in the neighborhood!
