The Old Spaghetti Factory

This is mostly for our waiter. The spaghetti factory is nice in general but our server Matt or Mathew was wonderful. He was very nice personable and helped in any way he could.

Great service and well worth the wait. Jessica was our sever she was sweet and definitely made us feel welcomed

Amazing service, food and drinks. Atmosphere was really cool and was an awesome first experience. Will be back often. Try the lasagna. Servers are excellent!

The only good thing I ordered was a margarita (silver on the rocks with salt rim).
The spaghetti was like cafeteria spaghetti. The artichoke dip wasn’t too good. The soup was good. The service is very rushed. Lasagna is soggy. Waitress kept forgetting what we were drinking. The bathrooms were filthy, the door was completely broken. This place isn’t somewhere I want to come back to, honestly. Reminded me why I haven’t been here in a really really long time.

I used to come here often. But i think the chefs changed or they changed the menus or something because it didnt taste like what it was before. I still loved the spaghetti but it just didnt taste like before. Maybe they taste different by locations.

We love OSF! When you sit down, ask for a loaf of bread and butter. Or, if you want to step up your bread game, get the cheese bread, you won’t regret it! Snack on that as you peruse the menu. I don’t think I’ve eaten anything that I didn’t like at OSF. Our entire family orders the same thing, spaghetti with browned butter and Mizithra cheese. We’ve tried many other dishes, but we always come back to this because you can’t get it anywhere else! Every meal begins with a salad (included with the meal). You should really try the House/​Pesto dressing because it’s delicious. Okay, you can get soup instead of a salad, but we’ve never tried it because we love the salad. You can even request gluten free pasta!!! Meals come with Spumoni ice cream (pistachio, cherry, chocolate trio). Great ambiance, good prices and hearty portions. We love OSF!

This review is only for the customer service. We had a party of five for dinner and we expected to wait. We were told there was going to be an hour and a half wait. The hostess asked for my phone number so they could text me when our table was available. This was at 6:30pm. Eight o’clock rolled around and I hadn’t received a text. 8:15…8:30…9:00…nothing. I’m glad I wasn’t holding my breath for Old Spaghetti Factory food!

One of the best Italian restaurants in Rancho Cucamonga.
Reasonably priced for what you get.

Beautiful décor and awesome environment. Our server was very nice. Our food was great, everyone liked what they got. I especially loved the lasagna. The sauce wasn’t too acidic like some tomato based sauces can be. If we lived closer, we definitely would come back.

I always enjoy the atmosphere of Old Spaghetti Factory. It is one that is not common and I love it. The menu could use some work. They haven’t updated it in some time. However, the food never really disappoints.
We had a large party and service was excellent. Very impressed for the attention we received with such a large party.
Dine or Dash? It is not my favorite spot, but will dine again.

We had a reservation for a Friday night. Party of eight, my daughter bday dinner when we arrived we told
Them it was only 4 instead of the eight people. We waited for about 10 minutes to be seated. The hostess sat us a a crappy table, right next to us was booth that needed to be cleaned up we asked if we could set there instead she looked upset and said we had to wait 10 minutes. Very rude service. Our food was served fast but our waitress was MIA never refilled our drinks and didn’t check on us. Poor service and bitchy hostess… so much for bday dinner. no ice cream or cake *no celebration for the bday girl!

Nothing like a restaurant that visibly wants you to get in, get out. I’ll bullet list this one–
— Silverware was dirty.
— Wine selection is crap and the lack of bottles is… well *sticks nose up* unrefined.
— Table bread is bleh.
— Salad was generic and uninspired.
— Their ‘signature’ salad dressings were disgusting.
— Appetizer was edible but overpriced.
— Spaghetti was bland.
— Service was rushed and unprofessional.
— Way overpriced for your food and the ambiance.
When a place makes you WANT to go to Olive Garden, something is very wrong.

Good service quick food ceaser salad with not romaine but iceberg not good… Meatballs a lil tough. Wish they made fresh spaghetti would have been so much better…

CLEANLINESS: 4 of 5
Lobby was clean and inviting. Tables were sticky — we had to ask to get them wiped down again. Restrooms needed more attention.

We frequented the Fullerton Spaghetti Factory, and absolutely loved it. Rancho Cucamonga did not disappoint. We enjoyed it.
We ordered Italian Cream Sodas that came with a glass souvenir cup. Great taste, and awesome glass!

Our waitress was amazing. She looked like Naomi Watts’s little brunette sister. She was attentive and very quick with updates and requests.
OVERALL:
If you haven’t tried it, don’t hesitate. For those OSF old hats, it lives up to the standard.

Been going to this place for awhile now, and it wasn’t until recently that I noticed the service has gone from great to horrible. Went in there one day and ordered our usual, waitress comes takes our order and gives us our silverware, before our food arrived I notice the silverware still had food particles. When she came back we asked for a whole new set of silverware. When she came back she threw not placed the silverware down on the table. Ummm ok, we just asked for CLEAN silverware, that’s all. Our food came out and we asked for extra butter for our bread, she comes back and again throws it on the table. At this point I stopped her and asked her if she was having a bad day and she responds coldly no. Okay well what is with all the throwing of silverware and such things. She was just very rude the whole time, we ate our food and left shortly after.
The most recent time we went, we walked in 3 girls standing up front simply just stare at us and don’t say anything. Ummmm ok so we just ask to get a table for 3. We sit, again order out usual, our server was nice, but not once Did she comw back on her own to check up on us. The place WAS NOT busy at all. In total she came to visit up 3 times. One to take our order, bring us our food, and finally bring us our bill. We had to wait 10 minutes to get just a water refill, that we ended up taking the water pitcer that was left at their station and started serving our water refills ourselves. I just couldn’t believe that not once did she stop by to see if we «needed anything» or to see if the «food tasted fine.» Not sure what was going on, but the service with this place has beeb nothing but horrible, at least for this location. Sad to say we will no longer be returning.

I’d say this is really good food for the price you’re paying. Good itialian food can be hard to come by, but spaghetti factory delivers. They have delicious spaghetti and all their other entrées surley don’t disappoint. The raviolis and lasagna are awesome as well. If you are craving good Italian food, definitely give The Old Spaghetti Factory a visit.
The customer service was very good, the servers are very polite and timely, I personally drink a lot of water before I even get my food and my drink was filled many times. I waiter remained patient and enthusiac even though the restaurant was packed. Definitely great service.
Inside of the restaurant is very well decorated, it isn’t like any other decorated set I’ve seen. They live true to their name in that the décor is very antique looking, pretty pleasant to see something a little different. Definitely a great place to entertain parties of people or grab a bite to eat for lunch or dinner.

Pretty tasty food. Love getting the mizithra cheese and browned butter pasta. It’s probably not the healthiest, but it hits the spot!
After ordering it literally took 5 min to get to the table. We went with a giant group for a birthday /​graduation party and we were in and out super fast.
Wouldn’t say this is my absolute favorite Italian restaurant but for the area, it’s in the top 5. Great for groups and fast service!

Went here on a date with my boyfriend and got the Meat Lover’s Treat with chicken. The meat was salty and there was hardly any sauce with my meal.
In regards to the customer service, our server messed up our order and was rude when we commented about it. As well we were waiting about 10 minutes just to get some water. Our server wasn’t attentive to us and checking in our status. I had to ask multiple of people for drink refils
This will be my first and last time ever going to this restaurant. This place ruined my love for spaghetti, I guess there’s no replacement for homemade spaghetti.
(The only thing I liked was the spumoni ice-​cream which raised my 1 star to 2 star review.)

Tonight we placed a to-​go order for the very first time. I called and was helped very courteously by ‘Kaitlyn’ (I could be mistaken about her name) and made placing the order a breeze and she let me tell her my order quickly without interruption. She gave simple instructions on how to pick up the order and said 10 – 15 minutes.
My husband arrived there 15 minutes later and was in and out quickly with NO problems with our order.
The food he brought home was just as we ordered it, nothing was missing and everything was delicious! We will definitely do this again!
