My dad bought a new home entertainment system from Clyde himself, My dad likes good stuff and has been buying from Clyde for 35years, Clyde sold him a Samsung plasma TV the showed up with no box and sufferers from bad motion blur. The TV was obviously a demo unit as it had 250 «on hours» on the screen the day he delivered it. Clyde also charged him DOUBLEMSRP($ 700 for a TV you can get for $ 350 anywhere else new and at that price point, that TV falls into the junk category). He also sold him a Sherwood junk head unit… Again at DOUBLEMSRP, charged him $ 50 for an $ 8HDMI cable and a Bluray player again at Double MSRP. Clyde told my dad that the TV was«State of the art» and said they are discontinuing plasma TV because«They last too long»…Hogwash! It’s old tech, has a shorter life then modern LED backlit LCD’s and on this particular unit, the motion blur make it horrible to watch. So be careful if you buy anything here, do your research before you buy and don’t believe any of the lies you will be told.

Terrible after sale service. Clydes scheduled a reapirman to come out on site 3 days in a row for me and they have stood me up every single day. I think they give terrible after the sale service and I was warned about them from another customer but decided to give Clyde’s the benefit of the doubt. I guess I am too much of an optomist. Definately don’t use these guys.

Nice staff and high prices but these guys are specialties in their field. High quality equipment and a great showroom. Salesmen don’t try and PUSH product down our throat. We also don’t look like«money» but they didn’t treat us like we’re poor either.
