The most unprofessional place of business in Redding, I went into this store to and instead of trying to help me the rep name Mike, was so rude that he yelled at me and told me to get out of the store, that when he took my money, he doesn’t want to refund back my money even though I did leave the store, I hope Radio Shack understand that it is their image that this guy is abusing, he not only portrait a low educated person but there is no other business in this country that has this kind of behavior… this store is just so rude and I have contacted and file a complaint against this store and I hope that Radio Shack will fix it…

Based upon on my recent experiences at this store I have to conclude that today’s RadioShack is more concerned with selling extended warranties than in representing either the specialized knowledge or in providing the helpful advise their brand was built on. I’m a long standing RadioShack customer who has believed in the value of these specialized retail stores since I was a child. As an electronics enthusiast I’ve always gone out of my way to patronize RadioShack because I felt their employees maintained a passionate understanding of electronics and the stores strove to offer specialized items the big box stores avoided. I’ve now come to the realization that some of the RadioShack stores represent little more talent than you’d find at a kiosk in the mall or the convenient section you would find hidden away at a truck stop gas station… As much as it pains me to admit it, the RadioShack brand I’ve always respected may be dead to me.
