I have never been unsatisfied with the food here! The servers are friendly and speedy! It always seems clean and it’s a fun relaxed environment. I would recommend Yuet Bistro!

Service was horrible from start to finish, server was rude. On top of that, food is lousy. Fried shrimp were mostly dough. Chow mein was not much more than a pile of noodles with a few slivers of vegetable. Yuck!

Fantastic lunch specials. All the food was fresh and hot with great flavor. The pork buns are phenomenal, I would stop by just for them! Will definitely eat here again!

This was our first and last time here. The food was over priced and below average in quality. The spicy Mongolian Beef was not spicy and lukewarm and the Prawn & green beans were average, the green beans were overcooked and looked old. The service was below average, we had to ask for tea, we’re not offered chopsticks or asked at any point how our meal was and did we need anything else. There was only one other table eating who appeared to be family and got the royal treatment. We felt like the white red headed step children. We did not leave a tip. I would not recommend wasting $ 30 on 1 bowl of white rice that we shared and 2 small side dishes. They also charged us $ 1 for a pot of tea that held about 2 cups of water. To top it off at the end, you get a stale fortune cookie, no offer of desert and no one to tell you, thank you and have a nice day.

The food here is great. I love the Lemon Chicken. Some of the best ever. Egg drop soup is spectacular.

Dim sum? Seriously? I realize I was in Redding but thought okay here’s a restaurant that advertises dim sum so thought I would give it a try. What a mistake. Shame on this restaurant for advertising dim sum it was absolutely inedible. Maybe the rest of their menu items were okay but do not eat dimsum here. The only good thing about this lunch was the fact that my wife and I did not get ill.

I love Chinese food but I hate the aftertaste of the MSG at most Chinese restaurants. My feeling about MSG is that if the restaurant is using it, they don’t know how to cook. I have never had that dry aftertaste from Yuet Bistro and their food is delicious. The last time I was there for lunch, I had a salted beef with fried rice. It was fantastic, as I had never had that dish before. Most of the people I know around town agree that this place has the best Chinese food. I’m told that the dinner menu is much more expensive than the lunch menu. So I got a good lunch without having to drink ten gallons of water afterwards.

Disgusting! We ordered Peking duck with bun, special pan fried noodle, and chicken with mushroom. The Peking duck was not fresh at all! They gave us tortilla instead of the bun!!! WTF! No plum sauce??? No! Are you serious! They don’t even have real chopsticks??? Lol! THey looked at us crazy when we ask for chopsticks! The chicken mushroom taste exactly the same as the pan fried noodle!!! WTF!!! The foods had no flavor at all! All this came up to be $ 70 bucks and we didn’t even finish it! The only best part of it was the soda that we did took to go! Very disappointed! Never ever again!!! I’m Asian, so I know my damn food!!! Yuck!!!

I had pork Siu Mai, Barbecue Pork Steamed Buns, and Peach steamed Buns. The BBQ pork buns were delicious, the peach buns were great… The pork Siu Mai were also good, but not my favorite. The service was not perfect but it wasn’t by any means terrible, and I will be returning.

Solid place to eat if you’re looking for sit down Chinese food and not something like Panda Express. Temper your expectations if you’re looking for authentic because to stay in business you have to cater to your surrounding residents. I think it’s authentic as you’re going to get in Redding. Plus they speak Chinese.

Garlic spare ribs. Deep fried pork(looks like it has a light coat of flour) slices tossed in jalepenos & scallions. Simple & soo yummy! They’re chicken chow mein is delicious. I didn’t even want or have to put soy sauce or any type of condiment on it because it was so good already :) General tsao chicken was super yummy as well. I recommend dining in if you order this so that way it’s still crispy. It always gets a little soggy when taking it to go, but it’s still delicious if you don’t mind. Chicken vegetable dish. It was a little bland for me. Plain. No flavor. Something the kids wouldn’t mind?

Don’t even bother. I went to try the dim sum the only dim sum I could find in redding. It was very dry and unFlavorful. The har gow had a very thick dough around it and the insides had hardly any shrimp but rather some mushy looking yellow stuff. The shu Mai we’re very large but equally on flavorful. And the Thai spring rolls we’re just basically greaseballs without anything in them. Other people ordering Chinese food off the menu had food that looked very Americanized but at least edible. I didn’t not finish my dim sum because it was so appalling.

This place was very surprising. I did not expect to get such a quality meal. The atmosphere was great; very clean. The ingredients used were very fresh and prepared very authentically. As well, the proportions were great. I felt like I didn’t even make a dent into my meal. Easily the best Chinese restaurant I’ve been to in Redding. I look forward to eating here again!
